Despite the bad weather and rain ☔️, the experience was good and relaxing. We weren't able to enjoy everything the boat offered, but I still recommend it. I presented the voucher, and it took a little while because they weren't fully equipped, but everything went smoothly in the end.

​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The absolute highlight of our Japan itinerary! ​Escaping the hustle of Tokyo for a day in Mt. Fuji and Hakone was an unforgettable reset. Seeing Mt. Fuji's iconic peak in person is stunning enough, but the real magic of this tour is how every segment feels like a new perspective: ​The Volcanic Vistas: Standing at Owakudani with the sulfur vents below and Fuji rising behind you is surreal. (Don't skip the black eggs!) ​On the Water & Air: Gliding across Lake Ashi on the pirate ship offered breathtaking views, followed by sweeping panoramas on the Hakone Ropeway. ​Stress-Free Logistics: Navigating Hakone's multi-layered transit (buses, ropeways, boats) on your own can be confusing, but this tour seamlessly connects every piece of the puzzle. ​Special thanks to our guide (Yang) and driver for keeping everything punctual while giving us plenty of time to explore. Worth every penny!

This trip was excellent. Our tour guide Matt was super friendly and Great English speaking guide. He gave us all possible recommendations at all places for local food, sight seeing and souvenir shopping. It was a great experience. Please ask for Matt as your guide if you plan to take this one day trip. you will thank me later.

You don't need to exchange your ticket upon arrival; you can go directly to the boarding line. Just show your e-ticket on your phone to the staff, and you can board immediately. Only those wishing to purchase a special room need to queue to buy it first. We were very lucky with the weather that day; Mount Fuji was clearly visible, and the photos turned out beautifully, like a painting.

Absolutely loved this tour! 🇯🇵✨ This was my first ever overseas trip, so I was a little nervous about travelling somewhere completely new. Booking this guided tour was one of the best decisions I made, it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. Our guide, Erik, was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, sharing so much interesting information about the places we visited and the history of the area. He was also approachable which made the whole day relaxed and enjoyable. Seeing Mount Fuji, exploring Hakone, experiencing the pirate ship on Lake Ashi, Owakudani and Oshino Hakkai made for such a memorable day. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and it was amazing to experience so much in one day. A huge thank you to Erik for making my first overseas tour such a positive and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if it’s your first time visiting Japan! 🇯🇵❤️

The Open-Air Museum is a very interesting museum with a variety of artworks to appreciate. As it's open-air, it'll be best to bring an umbrella for both rain and sun. Definitely allocate as least 2-3 hours when you visit this. It's a great attraction for kids as well as adults.

We had a great day trip with our tour guide, Jack! He was friendly, engaging, and explained everything clearly and in detail. His English was very fluent, which made the whole tour easy to follow and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience with our tour guide, Will! He was so funny, knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all of our questions. He made the whole day enjoyable and kept us laughing. We didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji because it was hiding behind the clouds, but the tour was still absolutely worth it! I really appreciated that Will and the team waited a little longer to give us a chance to see if the clouds would clear. It showed how much they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. Will even gifted us a Japanese golden turtle, which symbolizes longevity and good fortune. Such a thoughtful little souvenir that made the experience even more special. Our driver was also wonderful and got us everywhere safely and comfortably throughout the tour. I highly recommend this tour! Even without seeing Mt. Fuji, we had such a fun and memorable day. We’re planning to book again when we come back during the winter, and hopefully Mt. Fuji will show itself next time! 🗻🇯🇵

Buying tickets online through Klook saved a lot of time waiting in line. The entire ropeway journey, which takes 30 minutes, passes through the following stations: Togendai Station, Ubako Station, Owakudani Station, and Sounzan Station. With your ticket (QR code), you can stop at each station. It's a single ticket for the whole ride, and each gondola can hold about 15-18 people. Unfortunately, on the return trip, it was crowded, so we had to sit individually, waiting about 1-2 minutes. The gondola offers scenic views from all sides and is very stable, without any uncomfortable swaying. The only minor drawback was that some of the gondola windows were a bit dirty. Price: Affordable, with discounts up to 60% off. It would be a shame not to buy and ride! Convenience of booking with Klook: Easy and instant. You can book directly upon arrival and use it immediately.👍 Service: Initially, I was impatient with the long queue, but the staff's smiles and patient guidance made me feel much more relaxed. Sometimes, due to network issues, it was difficult to scan the QR code, but the staff would kindly ask us to wait a moment and still graciously allow us to use the facilities. It was a very hot day, and I truly admire how these staff members maintained excellent service for everyone. Experience: Highly recommended.
