we canceled our initial tickets because of the weather, but we got our refund and booked for the following day, which was the first sunny day of our trip (6 days in!) but we still got a great view of Fuji-San and even did the adventure park excursion! if you're afraid of heights, be wary because I was scared the whole time! but it was an incredible experience! the owl Cafe was amazing and you can hold an owl or even a hawk!!! i would definitely go again!
Grand structure, beautiful greeneries with reasonably priced fun activities. Re: voucher pick up-Klook terms stated it must be picked up by 2pm. We rushed to the ticket counter at 1:57pm. They looked at our voucher bar code & pointed to the ticket gate instead. Didn’t seem like it needed to be at 2pm (?). In hindsite, wonder if we should have pre-purchase due to the puck up time restrictions. Maybe if it’d sell out if it wasn’t raining, don’t know. Since umbrellas are not allowed, the park was so kind to provide free disposable raincoats. After crossing the bridge to the north side, many use the coupon on the admission for soft serve ice-cream. We decided on the activities after crossing. For Segway, the last session was at 3:10pm. It involves signing an application (waive?), ~30” training in Japanese with an English interpreter & ~30” tour up the hilly forestry. Cost: ¥4900. We couldn’t see much due to the rain, so it’s just looping around narrow trails. However, it’s still fun going through bumps, uphills, downhills. $ was reasonable & staff are definitely nice. Before closing, we did a patting session (¥1500) with the owls. So surprised to see so many owls & other special animals in a small place! Definitely worth it to see & touch the Owls. For US $50 admission+activities, it was 3 hrs of good times.
Very good and no need to redeem. Show the QR at the entrance and let the staff scan then that’s it. Keep in mind the activity inside need to pay extra and some require reservation.
It is easy to exchange tickets. It is recommended to go near sunset. You can see a very beautiful sunset. If you are lucky, you can also see Mount Fuji. There are also many adventure activities to participate in on the other side of the bridge.
Fantastic views of Mt Fuji. The skywalk bridge itself is an engineering marvel and worth seeing if you are into structures. It has won awards for its design and integration into the mountainous area. It was funded by a private firm recognizing the opportunity to improve tourism in the town of Mishima. The bridge opened in 2015 so it in fact does have a toursity vibe but the views of Mt Fuji are spectacular. There is zip lining which looked very fun. One can watch the zip liners from the bridge which was entertaining. We went to the top observation deck once across the bridge where people had brought their own picnics to enjoy the beauty and views. We ate at Tree Tree Tree restaurant which was very nice. You can order a basket (drink/ fries and sandwich or hot dog) and it is served in a traditional basket that you can then go and have your own 'Picnic" at the upper observation deck. Upon entry, you get a 50 yen coupon to use toward soft serve ice cream. It was the best ice cream I had in Japan. The bus ride from the Mishima rail station takes about 40 minutes. We actually missed our bullet train back to Tokyo and had to wait another 30 minutes so plan extra time. It is well worth the stop off the bullet train at Mishima and an easy way to see Mt Fuji.
This is my first time seeing Mount Fuji 🗻. I was so lucky that the weather was absolutely perfect when I visited Mishima Skywalk! The visibility was excellent that day, allowing for a crystal-clear view of Mount Fuji's beautiful scenery!
A beautiful sight to see Mt. Fuji in and you can even hear it rumble! But the Owl petting station was one we didn't expect and it was lots of fun!
easy to redeem, just walk right theough, no need to queue and exchange ticket. bridge is japan biggest and it is very crowded, accessibility is fine as there is bus from mishima station and carpark is huge and free. there are also many retailers there
