- A paying adult can only bring 2 children aged under 5. A child ticket will be required for each additional child

- The pass is only available for non-Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" status in Japan
- As the ticket that will be provided is non-magnetized, you cannot use it for the automatic ticket gate machine. Please enter the manned ticket gate when you take the Izuhakone Railway
- When you take the bus, please show the physical ticket to the driver when you get off
- The ticket can only be used for the railway and bus locations specified under the packages. The pass cannot be exchanged with tickets for other lines not specified in the package
