An absolutely wonderful buffet experience at sea! The scenery was beautiful, and all the service staff and performers were incredibly enthusiastic! The food was delicious!

Paradise Island boasts stunning blue skies and clear waters, with incredibly beautiful scenery! During the snorkeling session, the instructors will guide you to see various types of fish and coral reefs, and the water is crystal clear. The instructors also make you feel very safe, so even if you don't know how to swim, you won't be afraid. All the instructors are very nice and friendly, and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to Ah Vui, Jackie, and all the other friendly instructors, my entire trip was filled with unforgettable memories! I will definitely come back here again! 💖✨

The tour guide made sure each of us got to experience catching fireflies and then releasing them, and also took great care of our safety. However, the life vests were very old, dirty, and smelly.

We had a wonderful experience on this snorkeling trip. It was our first time snorkeling, and everything was well organized from start to finish. Our tour guide, Birdy, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the day, making us feel safe and comfortable. The snorkeling spots were beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the marine life and crystal-clear waters. We especially appreciate Birdy’s patience, helpful guidance, and excellent service, which made our first snorkeling experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Birdy, for making our first snorkeling adventure such a memorable one. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. Good experience in Tiya. Is located in 1st floor KK Times Square. Welcome by friendly receptionist. My hubby and I were attended with two masseurs no.20&39. Both experienced.

I tried their scrub package and it was beyond my expectations! From start to the end, everyone was very attentive. No spot was missed! The finishing touches of the session surprised me. She realigned what’s needed and gave a quick massage too. I’m eager to try out their massages! I am definitely coming back again. Recommending this place to my family and friends too!

I couldn't find the red phone booth, which was the meeting point, so I went to the information counter at Jesselton Ferry Port. Although I was past the meeting time, the information desk staff called the tour company for me, and I was able to meet up with my guide. There were three other groups who were also lost, and we all headed to the island together. It was my first time snorkeling, but they provided a life vest and fins, so I was able to swim easily. While I was swimming, the guide took photos and videos with a GoPro! I especially love the video taken with the clownfish's home! The photos taken will be sent via WhatsApp after the tour. Swimming was quite tiring, so it was great to have about two hours of relaxation time afterward. The boat ride was quite rough, so I wish I had taken motion sickness medication.
