He put a lot of effort into recommending suitable attractions and made sure we could enjoy the trip without feeling rushed. He was also very patient and thoughtful, always willing to help us take photos and even suggested good photo spots and angles. What we appreciated most was his excellent service and genuine care. He was not just a driver, but also made the whole trip feel more enjoyable and comfortable with his helpful recommendations and assistance. Fantastic Kota Kinabalu City Tour! The tour company contacted us clearly via WhatsApp in advance, so everything was easy and stress-free. Our guide, Ms. Yee, was incredibly friendly and cheerful! Although our English is not perfect, she used a translation app, gestures, and lots of smiles to communicate with us. My wife and I had such a fun time thanks to her! Our driver, Mr. Max, was also very professional, with safe and smooth driving throughout the tour. The tour is short but covers the major landmarks of Kota Kinabalu efficiently. A perfect introduction to the city and highly recommended for first-time visitors! Thank you, Ms. Yee and Mr. Max! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our tour guide, Xiao Chen, was very friendly and explained everything clearly. During the journey, he taught us a lot about the ecosystem of the Kawa mangroves and also helped us take many photos. He thoughtfully prepared raincoats and binoculars for us, in case we got wet and to help us see the gibbons/kingfishers more clearly. He even treated us to coconut pudding, which was very hospitable. It was truly a great experience.

Bra upplevelse på Tiya. Ligger på första våningen i KK Times Square. Välkomnades av en vänlig receptionist. Min man och jag fick behandling av två massörer, nr 20 och 39. Båda var erfarna.

In a group of about 20-30 people, only two of us were Japanese. Most of the participants were Chinese, and the tour was primarily conducted in Chinese. However, our guide made sure to explain things to us in English whenever necessary and constantly looked out for us. The high-speed cruise ship took a little over an hour to reach the island. It was incredibly fast and quite bumpy! 😂 But because the ship was so fast, we didn't even have time to get seasick, which was a plus, haha. The guides played music on board, making the travel time enjoyable. The island facilities were new and clean. Toilets, shower rooms, and even hair dryers were available, ensuring a comfortable stay. Before snorkeling, there was a safety briefing. For the two of us, a staff member provided a one-on-one explanation, showing us translated safety precautions in Japanese. They also checked repeatedly to ensure we understood everything, and we felt that safety was very well-considered. For snorkeling, the boat took us to two different spots. The ocean was truly beautiful and amazing! 🐠 The guides constantly checked on us, ensuring our safety while also making sure we had a great time. After returning to the island, a luxurious meal of crab, shrimp, and other dishes was prepared, and drinks were available freely 🦀🦐. Afterward, we had free time. We relaxed under a parasol on the beach. When it was time, we boarded the super-fast cruise ship again for the return journey. Since it was an early morning tour, we were quite tired by the time we headed back, but it was a fulfilling day nonetheless. My only regret is that I forgot to give a tip to our kind guide when we left. They were so helpful until the very end. Since about 90% of the participants are Chinese, Japanese participants might feel a little uneasy at first if they join alone. However, there were many guides and staff members who paid very close attention to us Japanese participants, so in the end, we had a wonderful time without any worries. The ocean was beautiful, snorkeling was fun, and the food was luxurious. Above all, the warm support from all the staff left a lasting impression. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who might be hesitant because of the small number of Japanese participants! 🌴🐠✨

Den kvinnliga massören som hjälpte mig med en 2-timmars hot stone-massage den 10/5/2026 kl. 18:00 gav verkligen utmärkt service. Efter massagen kände jag mig väldigt bekväm. Rekommenderas varmt.

Jag visste inte var den röda telefonkiosken, som var mötesplatsen, fanns, så jag besökte informationsdisken vid Jesselton Ferry Port. Mötestiden hade passerats, men informationspersonalen ringde resebolaget åt mig, och jag kunde ansluta mig till guiden. Det fanns tre andra grupper som också hade gått vilse, och vi åkte tillsammans till ön. Det var min första gång med snorkling, men jag kunde enkelt simma eftersom de lånade ut flytväst och fenor till mig. Medan jag simmade tog guiden bilder och videor med en GoPro! Jag älskar verkligen videon där jag är med clownfiskarnas hem! Bilderna skickas via WhatsApp efter turen. Eftersom man blir ganska trött av att simma var det skönt att ha cirka två timmars avkoppling efteråt. Båten gungade en del, så jag önskar att jag hade tagit sjösjuketabletter.
