Very accommodating staff. Some facilities may be a bit old, but still clean. Walking distance from the Opera House, Central Post Office, Cafe Apartments, and Book Street. Plus points for the amazing breakfast!

okay for small group. unlimited water refil, our room has a bath tub but I have to upgrade. buffet serves lota of options.

This is a homestay located on the sixth floor of the Cafe Apartment. Taking the elevator downstairs costs 3,000 Vietnamese Dong per person, but if you have a room card, you don't have to pay again. So, you'll need to pay for your first trip up. The room is very clean, and finding food nearby is absolutely no problem. There's a convenience store downstairs, making daily life very convenient!
