The hotel charged me 2 millionVND for " broken electric kettle " . Its broke the top cover already when i check in. I dont care about it and just use it as is but finally the staff claimed that i iam damaged it.

The Mira Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. All of the staff are friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. I had an issue and the front desk staff went above and beyond to accomodate me. I will definitely be back anytime I stay in the area.

Overall is ok, just that I am disgusted with a used condom on the room which I had just checked in on the first day. Isn't it supposed to be 5 stars hotel and I booked business room. This i believe shouldn't be happening. On my last day they offered me for a free upgrade to my next trip but I think I won't be back.
