This location is great, walkable to everything. Clean with friendly staff. Access hours to gym and pool was reasonable. Room was spacious and clean. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back.

We stayed here twice during our multi-leg trip to Vietnam and both times were very pleasant. We stayed in a 3-bedroom premier with balcony, which was impressively spacious, comfortable, and super clean. Having a washer/dryer in the room was the best part. :) All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional, and quick to respond or help out. The restaurant/breakfast buffet was fine, too, but we didn't get to use it that often. The hotel is in a convenient location with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other attractions nearby. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it for families.

Room was nice and big enough to accommodate family of 6. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, there were variety of both asian and western dishes. Every time I come to VN, I always stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel, since the location was very convenient where it is close to Ben Thanh market, Cathedral and shopping malls

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! The room is huge and has all the amenities. Service by the staff was excellent especially the bell boy Lap. He was extremely friendly and helpful! He has a great sense of humour and is a great asset to the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City!
