Thanks to Nikko Hotel, our trip to Ho Chi Minh City was comfortable and truly enjoyable. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Whenever we needed assistance, they responded quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, and the amenities were excellent. We also had access to the Club Lounge, where both the staff and the food were outstanding. The lounge was always spotless, making it an even more pleasant experience. The complimentary shuttle service to the city center was incredibly convenient. The shuttle driver was very friendly and took the time to explain things to us, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the main entrance and the swimming pool were also consistently friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We were especially impressed by how clean and fresh the bedding was—it never felt damp or uncomfortable. If we return to Ho Chi Minh City in the future, we will definitely choose Nikko Hotel again.

My first stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon was absolutely wonderful. larrived early and was pleasantly surprised to be checked in immediately without having to wait until 2 PM. A special thank you to Raymond for his exceptional hospitality. He kindly helped with my luggage, prepared the room before my arrival, and took the time to explain the room amenities. His professionalism and friendliness made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and dedicated to providing outstanding service. The hotel atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to stay. Thank you, Raymond and the Hotel Nikko team, for such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
