Fantastic
I've stayed at the Sheraton Saigon many times and all facets of service, amenities and food service were excellent. I plan on staying there many more times in the future. Love the Opera Tower rooms.

Below average
The room has black ants on the table & counter, water pressure is low and lukewarm water for shower. The hotel was ok. The female receptionist made a mistake of booking our ferry, we asked her at 13:45 but she booked for 11:45am. She didn’t admit she’s wrong and we treated badly at the ferry. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, run down hotel & no hair dryer either
