I played in the snow fun zone for two hours. Clothing, helmet, and shoes were included. There were no unpleasant odors, but there were definitely signs of previous use. Luckily, there was no line, so I played to my heart's content. The snow was incredibly cold; you definitely need to bring your own gloves if you want to build a snowman. If you have young children, adults should learn how to use the facilities first and then clearly explain to the children how to play. It seemed that adults were not allowed to accompany children on the snow slides, as I didn't see any when I was there. I had a minor accident while learning to use the facilities, hitting my head on the ground. The helmet's protective capability felt insufficient for me; it hurt, but I didn't immediately feel dizzy.

Bought this discounted ticket for our whole family. Way cheaper to buy here than at the entrance. You just need to show all IDs/ passport at the entrance and they will scan the qr code for each ticket. The park is huge, so arrive as soon as they open so you get to see all the animals, the shows are free but the rest needs to be paid like rides & games at the amusement park, train ride around the zoo, feeding of animals and make sure to do the bus cage ride to see the tigers & lions up close before 4pm. we weren't able to make it in time so we missed that part. Otherwise, the whole family enjoyed though it was hot and we did at least 18k steps around the zoo. Food wasn't that good and quite pricey, so suggest to have a heavy breakfast and bring some snacks instead from outside.

I initially thought the 8-hour package would be too long and that I wouldn't stay for the whole duration. However, the atmosphere and service inside were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the bathhouse services, massages, movies, video games, and all-you-can-eat fruit. The staff at each station were always ready to assist, and the fruit, drinks, and ice cream were constantly replenished. Since it was the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, it was crowded, so there was a slight wait for some services.

It's very convenient and affordable to purchase through Klook. Just show the QR code to the staff to scan and you'll get a wristband for unlimited entry and exit on the day. Since the day we went was a weekday, there were fewer people, and my boyfriend and I had a lot of fun. There are many different games to choose from: for those who like excitement, there are go-karts and different kinds of VR games. Playing these a few times alone makes it worth the price! There's also shooting, gun battles, bowling, dance arcade games, and private karaoke rooms, as well as a rest area, so it's really suitable for both active and relaxed fun! The pass we purchased allowed us to play from opening to closing (10am to 10pm). We entered around 3pm that day, went out for dinner at a nearby mall around 7pm, and then went back to enjoy ourselves until 10pm. We had a great time and recommend it to everyone, but be aware that it will definitely be crowded on weekends.

Amenities: After exiting Luohu Port, walk straight ahead. The shop will be on your left. Enter and take the elevator to the 3rd floor, where you'll find the service counter. I highly recommend it; it feels like a relaxing getaway at a good price. Inside, there's a spa restaurant with prices comparable to those outside, so you can definitely grab a meal there. You're allowed to leave the premises once for up to 4 hours.

Really love this place. The staff here are extremely, extremely good, and extremely, extremely warm. They are also happy and willing to help solve problems. The customer service aspect is above and beyond! Also, the space here is large, and there are many diverse things to do. It caters to both active and relaxed preferences. There are many kinds of fruits, and the melons and small tangerines are very sweet. There is also an on-demand coffee grinder. The complimentary handmade drinks are excellent. Every staff member in the fruit area is great and very enthusiastic to help!! Sincerely thank them. This package also included a lobby project, and I got a foot massage from Sister Xiao, number 619. She's a very nice person and great to talk to, and her foot massage technique is excellent. Highly recommend. I like this place and will come back! The hotel's location is truly impeccable. It's just a two or three-minute walk to the subway station, and downstairs, it connects to two major shopping malls, Wanda Plaza and Blue Whale World, which is incredibly convenient. We had originally booked the Forest Treehouse Family Room, but we were very disappointed when the hotel confirmed it wasn't available. Fortunately, a day before check-in, a guest canceled their reservation, and the hotel staff immediately informed us, so we were able to stay in the family room after all—that's commendable! The hotel is very new and clean, and the room space is generous. The treehouse and slide design allowed the children to completely 'burn off energy,' and it even included exclusive children's amenities like cups, toothbrushes, bathrobes, and slippers, which was very thoughtful!
