Chartered Tour: Shenzhen City Charter (Full-day/Half-day Optional)

A wonderful, responsible & honest driver as we left the phone in his car and he discovered that and sent it back to us asap. nice & spacious MPV that can accommodate 2 families. so relaxing for checking out and continue with our 5 hours trip in Shenzhen by just leaving the suitcases in the car.we enjoyed so much with the indoor zoos, elegant shopping malls, 海底撈 hotpot, 山姆 supermarket and finally back to HK. highly recommend for families at such an affordable price with a luxury service

This time I participated in the "Shenzhen City Chartered Tour" (one day), and the overall experience was very satisfactory! The driver was on time and the car was in a new and stable condition, allowing us to comfortably shuttle between major attractions without worrying about the trouble of transportation and transfers. The driver not only had good driving skills, but was also very enthusiastic about introducing local characteristics, and recommended a lot of hidden delicacies and photo-taking spots, making the itinerary more flexible and free. Especially for families with elders or children, chartering a car is really time-saving, labor-saving and easy. 周师傅 car is very clean and comfortable. he prepares bottled water for us every day. he helped us to carry some heavy shopping bags to his car too. he replies promptly and always arrive very quickly to pick us up from places. booked him for 4 consecutive days. highly recommended.

Easy and helpful way to explore the city. We found it helpful to have our list of sites written down in English and Chinese as our driver did not speak English (the description has language as Chinese so this was not unexpected). Communicating through translation apps we were still able to smartly structure the day and even adapt and adjust the itinerary.

We are very happy to book this private car charter. Driver Uncle Keong came early to hotel to wait for us and once we complete our visit at each destination, we Wechat him, he will pick us up at shortest time. Car is clean, bottled water available. We able to visit many places and tried the autonomous car. Our trip took 11hrs, so we paid a little extra.

The driver was very punctual and helpful, getting in touch one day before the trip to ensure all details all correct. Since my pick up location was not a hotel and it was my first time in Shenzhen, I needed more guidance and the driver was very patient in explaining to me where he was. Communication was very good and he replied extremely fast when I requested an earlier pick up. The car was also very clean and tidy. Recommend this service for anyone looking for an easier time getting around Shenzhen!

Driver pick us up at the hotel and took us to all the places we want to go. we did a shopping tour at various places around Shenzhen. The vehicle was clean and driver was very nice and patient. He was able to extend our time by several hours and we paid the extra fee. we would use him again.

We're were nearly 20 mins earlier than booking time, surprisingly, driver was there waiting already. Super clean vehicle of great condition, driver with well manner and very smooth ride
