driver came promptly and car was able to fit 5 people + 2 25 inches and 1 30 inches luggage.. need to pay for parking and toll which was indicated upfront too. good overall.
The driver contacted a day before to confirm. good manner and on time.
The Nissan vehicle was in good condition and there was no cigarette smell. The driver contacted me a day in advance to explain things and was quite responsible. He also fulfilled my request to leave 30 minutes earlier at the last minute. However, the driver was not very proactive in providing services, such as seat cushions and neck pillows. We went to Jiangmen to take care of some family matters. The reservation included 10 hours, but we finished in just over 5 hours. The driver did not try to recommend other attractions or offer additional transportation services (for example, taking us to the border crossing after lunch). We had to pay an additional RMB 233 for highway, bridge, and tunnel fees, which was not cheap overall.
