- For 1-4 people, a comfortable 5-seater car will be arranged; for 5-6 people, a commercial 7-seater MPV will be arranged; for 7 or more people, appropriate vehicles and models will be arranged according to the number of people.
- The exclusive charter package does not include a tour guide. The driver can only provide simple explanations and ticketing services. If a tour guide service is required, please select the package according to your needs.
- Drone delivery, autonomous vehicle reservations, and mall consumption all require WeChat / Alipay; it is recommended that tourists from outside the region activate data roaming in advance, and international tourists need a Chinese mainland mobile number to order drone delivery.
- It is forbidden to fly personal drones privately within the DJI park. The entire area is a no-fly zone.
- For autonomous taxi experience, real-name authentication is required for boarding, and ID card registration must be presented.

- It is forbidden to fly drones privately throughout the journey. The entire urban area of Shenzhen is strictly a no-fly zone, and violations will be controlled and penalized.
- Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning (MOCAPE, two museums) is closed all day on Mondays.
- Happy Harbor Park: Pets, tents, kites, and wading in the sea are prohibited.
