We enjoyed the time stay here. Super easy to walk around the Fisherman's wharf. The kids love the smore and game time.

Location is great, although the union square area is not as lively as before (many stores closures). There was no front desk, so you must check in at another hotel. Some people wouldn't know. A bonus is they have a kitchen and laundry facilitiy (required coins).

The accommodation is in a great location within a safe area with very few homeless people around. It is convenient to travel to various places because it is close to public transportation stations. There are 3 bathrooms and 4 shower rooms, equipped with a hairdryer, microwave, plates, and some condiments. However, there is no kitchen for cooking.

It was a tour without a single Korean person, and it was wonderful. We departed right on the dot at 8:40 across from the Gray Line office. They give you a quick moment to take pictures at the Golden Gate Bridge, visit two wineries, and then give you an hour and a half for free time for lunch at Sonoma Plaza. After visiting one more place, we headed back and arrived at 5:30 PM. It was also really great that the driver provided tour commentary the entire way there and back! Even if your English isn't very good, it's still plenty of fun. I used ChatGPT for real-time voice translation throughout the tour to understand, and it was so enjoyable. My only regret is that I couldn't chat with the other tour members because of my English. I highly recommend that Koreans experience this tour, even if you aren't fluent in English!

Thank you, Tom! You were wonderful, sharing lively anecdotes about the scenery from the car window throughout the trip, not just in Napa and Sonoma. Despite the long drive, you kept us safe and on schedule. Even though it got hot in the car due to Napa's characteristic heat, you were very considerate, parking in the shade for us. Thanks to you, we were able to fully enjoy the Napa we had always dreamed of.

Dustin was very enthusiastic and shared many tips during the tour. The timing was just nice to do all the things. Pick up was only at specific hotels but luckily mine was closely. I had a fun day!

Tour was good since it takes you around the city but some stops are a bit far from touristy spots. We had to walk a lot uphill just to see Lombard. Aquarium suddenly wasn’t part of the tour on the day we joined so we didn’t get the tickets that were supposed to be included. Sunset tour was worth it though.

Muir woods, sausalito, and alcatraz were all beautiful. I appreciate the fun facts of the tour guide and the trivias. had fun listening to him. 1hr in sausalito was quick. wish we couldve spent at least 2hrs but overall the tour was nice. suggestion would be to put in the itinerary details the pick up spot
