The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service staff are friendly and professional. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, and it's also suitable for families with children. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit San Francisco.

The soundproofing seems weak as I could hear the TV from other rooms. The doors are loud, so be careful when opening and closing them. At check-in, a credit card registration is required for a deposit of $100/day. In addition to the accommodation fee paid at the time of booking, there are amenity fees, etc. (in San Francisco, this may be called a resort tax, and there are prices that need to be paid locally, so it is best to check with the hotel if you are unsure). The location is very convenient, but there is the Tenderloin district, which has a bad reputation, within a 1-minute walk, so when walking around, be careful with your belongings and be careful not to enter the Tenderloin district. I stayed for 5 days, but the room was not cleaned, and there were only 3 days' worth of towels, so I asked for 2 days' worth and received them.

A convienent location with close proximity to popular areas like Chinatown, Japantown, and Fisherman's Wharf. Terry and Yesha were great front desk staff that helped to ensure my stay was pleasent and answer any questions I had. The room I booked was a teeny bit dusty, but it was not an issue for me as my room was very clean, comfy, and basic amenities were provided to help me ensure a more pleasent. The next time I travel to San Francisco for another vacation, will strongly give this hotel another consideration for staying.

Want to see the Golden Gate bridge up close? You will on this cruise! Audio has lots of good information on the bay, sites nearby, Alcatraz, and of course, the Golden Gate bridge. 1 hour cruise was worth the time and price. Lots of photo opportunities, it can get chilly, so be prepared. Drinks and snacks are available, and lots of indoor seating. Of course the best views are on the deck!

Don’t buy tickets on Klook! It’s twice the price compared to buying them directly at the Pier 33 counter. It’s the exact same tour and experience. Save your money and just get your tickets at the pier.

There's no need to arrive too early; about 20 minutes beforehand is fine. Even if you don't arrive at Pier 33 early, as long as you get there before the boat departs and exchange your ticket, you'll be fine. You'll need to go to the ticket booth first to exchange for a physical ticket. Once you arrive, you can explore on your own following the suggested route, and there are also audio guides available in various languages. After completing the Alcatraz tour, you can walk to the pier to catch the next available boat back to the bay. Upon returning to the bay, you can walk to the ticket exchange point at Pier 39 to continue with a one-hour bay cruise. Please note that the QR code for this ticket exchange will be sent to your email, not the Klook QR code. You can choose your preferred cruise time when exchanging your ticket. I appreciate the fun facts of the tour guide and the trivias. had fun listening to him. 1hr in sausalito was quick. wish we couldve spent at least 2hrs but overall the tour was nice. suggestion would be to put in the itinerary details the pick up spot
