The Tour was at a comfortable pace. Our tour guide, Leo, shared about the interesting facts and history of each places, tips to take night scenery shot without crowd and even provide water due to long bus ride. Overall, it was a great itinerary to see the highlights of Hakodate and south western part of Hokkaido.

I'm satisfied with the service, but one minor disappointment is that purchasing tickets on-site is much cheaper. Usually, there's an assumption that advance booking is more affordable, so the significant price difference is a bit of a letdown—it's about 1.5 times more expensive.

We enjoyed the 2 Days 1 Night Tour with all the highlights of Lake Toya, Hakodate and Hell Valley. This is something that is worth taking. The drive was long, it was rainy for a bit, but the views are amazing.

Baee San was very patient in teaching me how to ride. This was my first time participating in a Segway tour, and I was initially worried I wouldn't be able to ride, but after the lesson, I easily mastered the skills. I felt very safe throughout the entire experience and could freely enjoy zipping through the jungle, which was fantastic! Baee San also showed me a natural hot spring, explained facts about plants and animals, and I even saw a super large bird. There was also afternoon tea during the ride, and Baee San was very happy to share stories, making it a relaxing and enjoyable tour. Onuma Park is beautiful, the air is fresh, and every moment was a delight. Thanks to Baee San and Ito San for their hospitality; it's suitable even for solo travelers! I was even upgraded to a private tour 😁 I'm so satisfied, I highly recommend it.

Very convenient to use. very easy to reserve seats with JR staffs. JR Chitose airport staffs were very helpful and speak English to tourists. we used it from CTS, Asahikawa, Wakkanai. Sapporo and back to CTS

recommend a seven day pass used it a lot in Kyoto for Thee Shinnkeen trains there and back to Kyoto.Locaotrainsand bus and a boat ride

Prompt collection at Narita station before heading into town, received printed main ticket and seat reservations. JR pass is expensive but we ultimately still worth it for a 6-day trip travelling from Tokyo to Hokkaido, stopping at a few cities. Consider taking the opportunity to ride joyful trains without extra charge as well, we took the Resort Shirakami from Akita to Aomori for a scenic route.

The "Free Hong Kong Mail" for the voucher was delivered by SF Express. I placed the order today (Monday) and received it the next day (Tuesday), which is extremely efficient.
The last time I visited Hokkaido via Sapporo Airport, I deliberately skipped Hakodate because taking the Hokkaido Shinkansen from Shin-Aomori Station to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station, then transferring to the JR Hakodate Main Line to Hakodate Station, only takes about 1.5 hours. This is much more convenient than the over 3.5-hour journey from Sapporo to Hakodate.
For a relaxed trip for middle-aged travelers, the route Sendai - Aomori - Hakodate - Hachinohe - Sendai, using a JR Pass to reserve seats for free at the designated seat ticket machines, allows you to enjoy leisurely times and various delicious foods. It's very cost-effective and worthwhile.
