Comfort 7-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Business 10-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 9 passengers)

Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic areas. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. If you have oversized luggage or a stroller, please inform us in advance. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, it is recommended to book a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not following the recommended reasonable number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type shall be borne by the traveler. If the car rental time exceeds the limit, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver. Please pay the driver in cash. 1. Child seats are not mandatory. If needed, please book in advance. The supplier can provide 1 child seat for free. A child seat occupies 1.5 person spaces, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an extra charge of 2000 JPY/seat/day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.
2. The total duration of the chartered car service is 8 hours. Both pick-up and drop-off points are at hotels or guesthouses in Hakodate city (for different pick-up/drop-off locations, the driver may need to reserve empty driving time or additional fees may apply based on actual circumstances). The service is available from 08:00 to 20:00. It is recommended to arrange your departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
3. Empty car fee: For different departure or ending locations, there may be a price difference. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after you place the order.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, or WeChat number when ordering (after leaving it, please enable the "add friend" setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in time).
5. After placing an order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication regarding itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before vehicle use). Please note: Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the driver arrives for pick-up.
6. If the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or itinerary distance, an overtime fee/over-kilometer fee will be charged.
7. For a total itinerary exceeding 250 kilometers, JPY 300/kilometer will be charged.
8. For consecutive guests staying outside Hakodate city, an additional accommodation fee for the driver will be charged: 8000 JPY during normal periods (April-June; September-November), and 10000 JPY during peak periods (July-August; December-March).
9. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control, will still incur an additional charge.
10. During the peak travel season in Hokkaido, there may be an additional price difference of JPY 10000-20000 (the specific amount will be confirmed by customer service after placing the order; if you have any objections before the order is confirmed, you can cancel the order).
