It's an extraordinary experience. We learn real know-how in an authentic setting: a small neighborhood restaurant nestled far from the tourist factories, that's what I came to look for. Nobu and Kaya are adorable. I had an excellent time in their company and I can only highly recommend this culinary and human experience.
This Sushi course was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Nobu and Kaja (sorry for probably misspelling the names) are not only very kind and supportive but also know exactly what they are doing. The course was professional yet fun, we learned a lot whilst enjoying the atmosphere and the show Nobu put up for us and had amazing conversations with the two of them. We were lucky to have a one on one experience which also elevated the whole experience for us since they focused only on us. We‘d definitely recommend this Experience and would gladly do it again!
