We travel to different parts of the world every year, and Joseph Mao is the first tour guide we’ve had who prepared PowerPoint slides for the itinerary. It was such a thoughtful touch and made it really easy to follow the trip. He was friendly, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and always willing to help take photos. He also shared great local tips about pineapple cakes and Sun Moon Lake cakes. Very patient and professional throughout the day. We really enjoyed having Joseph as our guide!

Mr. Lai is the best tour guide for this trip. He is professional, kind, and he makes the trip feel fun. He knows the best spots, and he even has the red card prop. He is a good photographer with flattering shots. He is considerate of our situation, like if there’s a need to go to the toilet, eat, etc. His car is comfortable too, good air conditioning and sitting. He uses his phone to communicate effectively when needed. Above all, he played F4 songs when we were entering the university! He made the experience really, really fun and memorable. He also made sure to airdrop the photos he took with his phone, right after the first stop. Thank you so much, Mr. Lai!

I purchased the tickets for single seater kart and the circuit is big! if you are slow driver, you probably can finish 8 rounds in 8 mins. if you are fast, you can get to 11 rounds. Totally recommend for anyone who likes go-kart as it is really fast and the circuit is the longest in Taiwan. You also have to buy the face mask(balaclava) for 100TWD

The room was beautiful and clean, and the spa pool was great. It was perfect for families to interact and swim together in the warm pool. However, it was a bit inconvenient because it was a short distance away and required a car ride, and the changing rooms weren't open. The chef's dinner was really good, and breakfast was decent too. My child ate an entire piece of braised pork, it was truly delicious. They kept asking to play more. The main reason for our visit was the dinosaur exhibit, which was very realistic. If you're interested in plants, you can come and take a look around. Personally, I was only interested in the hydrangea ice cream. 😂 My friend bought the pistachio flavor, and it was super delicious! The mini train requires a 50-dollar coin, and since only one person can ride per car, we didn't bother with it.

Facilities: The public restrooms were clean and tidy, showing a clear effort in maintenance. Experience: Each camping area had ample sinks for cleaning, along with dish soap. Every common tent was also equipped with mosquito coils and an electric fan. The entire campsite's lawn was very well-maintained.

We had a great time with Sophie as our tour guide. She spoke very well and explained each destination making the trip more interesting. Definitely recommend taking this trip if going to Taiwan for the first time.
