Highly recommended! the buffet was huge and the transportation great! I would recommend to go up to the peak point with the trains and come down to the cable car by foot. A bit scary if you are afraid of heights but worth the visit!

We booked this only the day prior and it was such a good decision! Our driver was Trung and he was very helpful. We were initially going to go to Ta Van village and Alpine Coaster, but he advised us to go to the Glass Bridge instead in the morning bec it gets too crowded in the afternoon. He helped us buy tickets online, which was a blessing because we got to skip the REALLY long line of people buying on the spot. He also recommeded places for us to eat and have coffee in. My friends and I had a seamless time.

Miss Mai giang, our tourguide for today is very kind and informative. She explained nicely throughout the tour and helped everyone to take pictures. The tour itinerary is well-planned. I really like the foot soak with the drinks and enjoy the view after finishing the tour. This tour also suitable for elderly and children since it is not too tiring. Highly recommended this tour.

Trip to Sapa was great. Managed very well by the team. There were some things which could have been improved. There was no guide during the trip so the guests were facing difficult to speak with Vietnamese driver. Team got a solution to chat with them which they can convey to the driver. Also, some of the seats were already reserved by them and we were told to sit behind even when we were first to on board, so that was weird. For the cat cat village the trek was great and our guide chai was very accommodating.

Thank you to Klook for arranging our three-day trip to Sapa. Our local tour guide, Mie, took us to Cat Cat Village and various scenic spots, giving us an unforgettable opportunity to experience the local community, its people, and its unique cultural traditions. What impressed us the most was walking along the small paths through the countryside and seeing the beautiful terraced rice fields, with their layers of golden rice swaying in the breeze. It felt like stepping into the peaceful and picturesque world described in the famous Chinese work "The Peach Blossom Spring" by Tao Yuanming, which was truly a touching experience. We also had the opportunity to see and learn about the local embroidery culture. This was a wonderful and memorable journey, and we sincerely appreciate Klook and Mie for making our Sapa experience so special.

We took a tour with our guide, Sue! She took great care of us and was so kind that we were happy throughout the entire tour. If you come to Vietnam, you absolutely must visit Fansipan; you won't regret it. At first, I thought the cable car was a bit expensive, but since we were already there, we made the most of it by enjoying the cable car, the train to the summit, and the buffet. You'll see breathtaking scenery from the cable car that you might only see once in a lifetime, so definitely buy the combined ticket. The stairs to the summit looked steep, so I was glad we took the train. The buffet was also decent. Don't miss the glass bridge either; it would be a shame to skip it, so be sure to enjoy that too! We had a wonderful time. Vietnam is the best!

We had an excellent guide, Ya, who explained every detail of Vietnam's history. She was very sweet. Although hiking with her was enjoyable, the price paid was quite expensive compared to the actual ticket price. The experience was worth it, but the price could have been lower.

We had a wonderful trip. There were a few things we were unclear about because this was our first time booking a tour package and visiting Vietnam but the responsiveness of the agency was excellent and it helped us feel safe and taken care of. They made any necessary changes and responded immediately to any questions we had, regardless of the time and then connected with the staff who was with us or supposed to meet us. Wonderful job! Everyone was very supportive and professional. We highly recommend this package (and specifically SST Travel) and will surely book again the next time we come.
