• Please select the correct transportation package when booking: Private Car or Shared Limousine/Sleeper Bus. Private Car transfers are exclusively for your group, while shared transfers may use a Dcar Limousine, VIP Limousine, or Sleeper Bus, subject to availability.
• Day 2 includes a guided local village trekking experience. The route and duration may be adjusted depending on weather, trail conditions, and guests’ physical ability.
• Day 3 includes a guided visit to the Fansipan area. Fansipan Cable Car, funicular, mountain train, and other optional tickets are not included.
• The itinerary, attraction order, meal times, and departure times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, road conditions, hotel arrangements, or operational requirements.
• Services already provided are non-refundable if changes occur due to weather, road conditions, attraction closures, or other circumstances beyond the operator’s control.
• Single Room Surcharge: Guests requesting a private room or traveling alone must pay VND 1,000,000 for a 3-star hotel, VND 1,600,000 for a 4-star hotel, or VND 2,200,000 for a 5-star hotel for the full 2-night stay.
• Holiday Surcharge: An additional charge of VND 850,000 per person applies for travel during Apr 24–27; Apr 28–May 3; Aug 31–Sep 2; Dec 23–25; Dec 30–Jan 1, 2027; and Feb 3–11, 2027. The surcharge is payable directly on site.
