Three of us signed up this time, and they were all satisfied with the "experience at the attractions." Although it was tiring, it was very worthwhile, and we felt it was worth a visit. However, there are many aspects that are very poorly arranged and really need to be improved! 1. The outbound sleeper bus was very clean and in good condition. When we arrived at the meeting point, there was no service staff to greet us. We heard the driver shouting SAPA and our instinct was to get on this bus. We also handed our luggage to the driver and put it in the luggage compartment and got on the bus. Only then did we see the receptionist, who checked our names and told us that we were not taking this bus. We were asked to get off the bus and wait, and we were asked to trouble the driver to carry our luggage out. We also felt embarrassed! When we stopped at the second rest stop, we probably had a tire puncture, so we stayed for more than an hour and were hungry in the car. On the return trip, we also encountered problems. The train was originally scheduled to depart at 15:00, so we waited at the waiting station. The bus departed at 16:15. At first, we were only assigned two seats. I was asked to get off the bus first and wait for the arrangement. After a final count of people and there were still vacancies, I was able to get on the bus smoothly and take my seat. The return bus felt older and the cleanliness was not reliable. There was a paper towel used by the front passenger stuffed next to the seat that had not been cleaned, and the smell in the car was very bad. At the second rest stop, we stayed for more than 40 minutes, and the engine was turned off. There was no air conditioning in the car, which was uncomfortable. Neither the driver nor the driver on the return trip informed us about the length of stay at the rest stop or the condition of the car. We should have informed the guests so that we could arrange whether we should have something to eat first. It was already past 10pm when we arrived in Hanoi on the return trip and we were very hungry. Lulu was tired and hungry, and something went wrong when we were transported to the hotel. The travel agency called a small taxi, which couldn't carry the three of us and three suitcases. We had to ask the driver to take the suitcases and a friend to the hotel. Another friend and I walked to the hotel. 2. The hotel we arranged to stay at only had a score of 2.6 on Google reviews. We should have chosen a higher-quality hotel operator. The breakfast dishes for the two days were "exactly the same", the sound insulation was also very poor, and the corridors were often filled with the smell of oil smoke. When we arrived, the lobby was crowded with guests, and the room arrangement was also very messy. We booked a two-bed double room and a single room. At first, we were given a room and asked the three of us to live in the same room. They were told that the day had already been booked. No more vacancies! After communicating and reporting to the Klook customer service center, I was able to successfully check into the originally set room. Dinner at 18:30 on the second day and breakfast at 07:00 on the third day are both served later. But what I can praise about this hotel is that the service staff are very nice! 3. Visiting ethnic tribes. As many blogs have said, there will be many local elders who will follow you almost the entire journey in the first half of the day. They will help with some difficult paths or climbs. Their main purpose is to They were selling handmade knitted goods and souvenirs, but they were so eager to be kind that they forcibly pulled their friend to the side on one of the downhill muddy roads, causing the friend to fall down and suffer bruises on his calf. After that, the elders became very concerned about it. Friends, timely help to climb up and down the road; but when they arrived at the resting place, when they started selling souvenirs, we felt that they were emotionally blackmailing, asking friends to buy souvenirs, saying that if they bought souvenirs, they could go home early. She kept Helping her friends and asking them to help her with shopping made her feel really stressed during the journey. 4. During the journey, there are many places that need to be contacted through communication software. It is recommended to download WhatsApp. However, sometimes there are many details and you must proactively ask the local reception window. For example, there will be no receipt for the Fansipan Peak Cable Car itinerary on the third day. The group members will accompany you, and only the driver will take you to the cable car station. You will have to ask the window for the return transfer details. Based on the above, I personally think that there are really many areas that need to be improved in the connection of many links, especially in the transmission of information. There are often gaps and customers will be at a loss! But we all sincerely recommend the scenic spots visited on this trip, they are all worth visiting!
