While the WM Hotel is located in a remote area, the rooms are very modern, and the facilities are excellent. The entire hotel environment is very comfortable, with views of the ocean.

The room was large and comfortable, the bed was big and comfortable to sleep in. The staff upgraded us to a river view, which we were very satisfied with. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit dark, and there was a strong smell of smoke, possibly from mainland Chinese guests smoking. However, the hotel responded quickly and sent housekeeping to spray air freshener, which improved the situation. I would stay here again! Hotel location: Convenient, with many restaurants nearby.

WM Hotel is truly a top-notch 5-star hotel. Service: First of all, the shuttle bus is very punctual. Having a shuttle bus greatly reduces the time it takes to get to the hotel. It departs from next to Hang Hau Station and arrives directly at the hotel. Secondly, compared to last year, the waiting time for check-in has been greatly reduced. The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a balcony room in the Residence. We were also touched by the anniversary balloons upon entering the room. Thank you to all the staff at WM Hotel!
