hotel located in Tseun Wan. We could reach hotel by A30 bus from airport and taxi. It is located in Industrial area and not much restaurants. Good 4 star hotel to stay

The hotel was okay, but there was an unpleasant smell that we couldn’t quite identify. What I liked most was that the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed regularly. However, the air humidifier did not seem to be properly cleaned. Although the hotel is located far from the city center, it was still convenient for us because we knew which bus numbers to take to reach our destinations.

The staff fluent in English, very accommodating, polite, very easy to request something..the cleanliness of the hotel, the cleaners are polite, the bathroom are so clean, near bus station going to MTR ( Kwai fong station) very accessible even in food there are cheap stall and mini restaurant,, definitely be back again in Silka Hotel

Staff are very polite, can speak English, very accommodating,,, I recommend this hotel to everyone super nice,, and super clean very accessible to Bus station ( 31 M) going to Kwai Chong station ( Metroplaza Mall) and when going to airport the bus ( N30 5am, A30 5:20 am for first trip) there's a lot of mini restaurant that you can eat or take away, I'm surely be back again, soon,, Thank you very much.

The hotel was good and clean. But a little but far. Their shuttle service was very helpful to go to MTR. Staff’s were helpful with buses info. Check in staff was not accommodating at all, not sharing hotel’s info, especially shuttle service. Their are near restaurants and food delivery service was very easy. info desk will call you once delivwey is already at the hotel.

Great hotel. Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff who speak english well. Far from the city but has complimentary shuttle service every hour going to the nearest MTR station. The room is clean and we got a bigger room than expected so its A+++. Hot and cold shower available. No available drinking water but not a problem. 7/11 is just below the building. Other stores are also just walking distance. Buffet breakfast also available.
