Although the local Uber driver said that Melbourne Zoo is very small and very close to the city, it takes about 25 minutes by Uber (about 25AUD), but it is still suitable for a half-day or one-day visit. A little issue with the koala experience (it seems to not properly reflect on their end) but staff have been really great at sorting it out. We love it overall!
