The hotel is a great value, and the staff is enthusiastic. Although the room facilities are a bit dated, there are free late-night snacks, breakfast, and welcome drinks and cookies, making it a great deal overall!

Staying at Kindness Hotel Taitung has been an Nth time experience, but it never disappoints. The afternoon tea and midnight snack are still really good. The check-in was even upgraded to a 4-person room, which is great! 👍 The only inconvenience in the room is that there is no outlet in the bathroom. You have to blow-dry your hair outside, and the mirror on the desk is small. I hope to be upgraded again next time I stay! 🤣🤣🤣 Everything else is ok.

The service is excellent. Snacks and coffee are unlimited, and they even provide a late-night snack. This is my hotel of choice every time I visit Taitung.

Good experience on one day tour in Taitung. Mr. Luo, our guide so wonderful person even we can't understand Chinese but he still try to communicate in english. The tour are followed the literally and on time. Car is also clean. All places are beautiful. We really enjoyed this trip.

The hotel room was very clean, and I felt secure during my stay. The meals were also carefully prepared, the space was comfortable, and the service staff were very professional. If I have the opportunity to visit Taitung again, I will definitely return to Kindness Hotel.

Since I didn't drive, I felt that the hotel's location was a bit far from the train station, but there were no other shortcomings. The breakfast was remarkable, there was an afternoon snack bar, and cute-shaped steamed buns were available for a filling late-night snack. You can enjoy a distant view of the Beinan River and the Liji Badlands, with a great view. It is a hotel well worth returning to!

The tour guide was very responsible, introducing the scenery of the coastline along the way, and also teaching us how to take pictures. I recommend this trip! 👍

It's very close to the train station and not too far from the city center, about a 10-minute drive. Overall it's pretty good, and after 8 PM there's congee and soy milk available to drink.
