The communication a day before the tour was great. Klook rep contacted via whatsapp and Guide 陈先生 followed up with the contact. Guide was early and explained the itinerary before our set off, it ended up as a private tour was there wasn’t anyone else. 陈 took us on a relaxed and chilled ride, introducing us to the scenic spots and the way of life in taitung. Much appreciate his sharing and knowledge! Recommend! Great flexibility and comfortable tour.

Joining the trip from Taitung was a great choice for a relaxing holiday. We visited several iconic spots in the valley with breathtaking views of the rice fields and mountains. The stick insect said they're all gone! For the night visit to see sika deer, you have to ride around everywhere to find them 🦌🦌🦌 Asahi Hot Spring is perfect for a night soak ♨️♨️♨️ Eat shaved ice at the Little Lighthouse on Green Island Street 🍧🍧🍧 It's scorching hot during the day 🫠🫠🫠 So we only go out at night to do activities 🤣🤣🤣

Staying here with the kids this time was a wonderful overall experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and the children really loved the space and amenities in the family room. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The location is convenient, parking went smoothly, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. It's a great place to stay when traveling to Taitung with children; the kids had a blast, the adults were able to get some good rest, and we would definitely visit again!

The biggest selling point is its downtown location, within walking distance to many attractions like Tiehua Village and the night market. The rooms are comfortable and feature electric curtains. There's an infinity pool on the rooftop. Parking spaces are limited, and when it's busy, the elevators can be difficult to catch (they operate with a strange logic).

I stayed for 3 days, from check-in to check-out, and received professional care. It was thoroughly relaxing and restful. Breakfast was wonderful, and I also tried the Cantonese dim sum served at the Chinese restaurant in the evening. The food was very satisfying. Coming back from Orchid Island to Taitung felt like heaven.

Staying for 4 consecutive days, the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were nice, but the lack of a bidet toilet seat was very inconvenient. At the very least, a handheld bidet sprayer should be provided. The power outlet placement was also very inconvenient. The meals were vegetarian-friendly, and parking was relatively easy. You can drive to the beach, and there's a sea view from the window.
