We enjoyed the 2-day tour and found the itinerary well planned, covering highlights such as Pink Lake, Nature’s Window, Kalbarri Skywalk and the beautiful coastal scenery. One of the most memorable moments was seeing wild kangaroos right outside our accommodation. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and ensured the trip ran smoothly. The only downside was that we booked the Chinese tour, but the tour was conducted mainly in English by a local Australian guide. While the guide was excellent, our elderly parents had some difficulty understanding the explanations. Overall, a very enjoyable and memorable experience.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience for the tour and our driver guide, Michael is pleasant and very thoughtful. Places of interests are amazing! Only regret is Lobster shack, the lunch place for first day, despite it being overly hyped and a well known seafood restaurnt, it fell beyond expectations as it is costly yet does not deliver. The prawns espcially weren’t fresh and flesh were sticking to shell. It will be good for Klook to re-examine their partners for their tour packages.

We just finished an absolutely perfect three-day trip to northern Western Australia, and I'm so glad we had Zephyr as our tour guide! Over these three days, not only were the landscapes breathtaking, but our guide's thoughtfulness and professionalism truly enhanced the journey. When we encountered bad weather during the trip, our guide, with great experience, immediately helped us flexibly adjust our itinerary, ensuring the entire journey remained smooth and perfect. They were also incredibly attentive throughout, not only choosing parking spots that were the closest walking distance for us but also specially preparing fly nets for everyone, which were very practical! The best part was our guide's excellent photography skills; they took so many fantastic photos for us. Professional, thoughtful, and adaptable – I wholeheartedly recommend Zephyr. You can definitely relax and enjoy your trip with them as your guide!

The scenery is absolutely beautiful; Pink Lake and World's Window are must-visit attractions. One night, we stayed at Kalbarri Palm Resort, which was quite basic, and the hot water was only lukewarm on a cold day!

The trip has been livelier and even better than I thought because of Mr David as he explained it so well and taking care of us throughout the journey. The arrangement is just nice and the timing is on spot. Love it!

Had a very fun and joyful 2d1n tour together with tour guide Bill. Bill told really good jokes to lighten up the mood and provided very good information on the places we visited. He waited for my mom to guide her towards the nature’s window when there were many rocky stops. really good experience! manage to catch the beautiful sunset! and the lobster was really super good! fresh, huge and delicious
