Best Service! Our tour guide, Nana, was absolutely amazing! She brought so much energy to our trip as she guided us through incredible places like Yehliu Geopark, Golden Waterfalls, Jiufen, and Shifen. I truly appreciated Nana's enthusiasm, and her skills as a photographer were impressive. She even created a same-day edit video of all our adventures! unless traveling these places by driving alone or taxi, it needs to spend much more time on the way if you decide to go with public transport. Joining a local tour is a good choice if you want to go in one day. Our driver Mr Chan is a kind person and very helpful.

This tour is highly recommended. Worth every penny since you will see a lot of tourist spots in just a day with no hassle at all! Tommy, our guide was amazing. He was very informative and would tell us where to buy the best souvenirs and Taiwan delicasies. He was also very thoughtful as he would tell us about the things in the area like pickpockets and where they sell expensive stuff. Our bus driver was also great since we always arrived if not on time, early. Lastly, I recommend this tour especially for those who are staying in Ximending area. The meet-up point was very near to my accommodation and even if we arrived at night, I had no worries since my accommodation was just around the corner.

it was a very good experience as we got to visit a lot of places. We started late though and was caught in traffic. Add to that the rains. Spring was a very good guide. He gave us all tips ans made sure our group was always safe.

Our North coast Taiwan Carpool Tour was convenient and worth every penny. Our driver Chun Wei was very easy to communicate with. He messaged our group along with the other people in our carpool tour the important details (i.e., time, itinerary, things to bring, entrance fees, etc.) days before the actual tour. He offered to take our pictures even if it was supposed to be a self-guided tour. He also agreed to drop us off to a night market on our way home. The whole ride was smooth, comfortable (free water and tissue was provided) and the van was clean and cool. I highly recommend this tour if you prefer a more private tour as compared to joining a bus tour.

Imma was a wonderful tour guide! Full of energy and very funny. She made sure that we were all able to have fun while being safe. She would triple check if someone was missing from the group and bring them back to the shuttle in time. Her knowledge on Taiwanese history was interesting and helped prepare you for what to look for and enjoy in each location. We went to Jiufen, Ye Liao, and Shifen Pu Bu (waterfall). She treated us all kindly and helped us navigate each location while pointing out all kinds of local cuisine and shops. All in all a wonderful time!

It wasn't the ideal time to visit the coast in December, as it had been raining, and the weather wasn’t very favorable. If you plan to go, be sure to come prepared with a raincoat and an umbrella. The raincoats available at Yehliu are affordable and made of good quality material, so I highly recommend purchasing one to stay comfortable. Our group was small and intimate, just six of us, which made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the company, as it really enhanced the trip. Our tour guide, Allan, was fantastic—he took lots of great photos and shared them with us, ensuring we captured all the memories. The timing for each activity was perfect, allowing us to fully enjoy everything without feeling rushed. The tour ended at Raohe Market, which is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to continue your journey back to the hotel

our driver Mr Vincent Lee was the best! he took lots of photos of us suggesting the best places for scenic photos, and took good care us. we visited a number of places including the houtong cat village, which is quiet and less touristy but worth the side trip. thanks to Vincent!
