A perfect 10-hour Taipei-Taichung food and walking tour with air-conditioned bus, eating and drinking! Sister Shuhua took care of dozens of people in the entire group like an older sister, ensuring everyone's food, drinks, and entertainment were covered. This travel agency is truly a super nanny team, so thoughtful. Amazing Food and Walking Tour organized by Sophie Wu of Route Travel Agency. The guides at this tour company are highly recommended; not only do they organize everyone's meals and drinks on the bus, but they also provide WhatsApp presentations. I've joined other tours by different companies before, but this is the best. The meeting point at Ximending Station E5 is easier to find than Taipei Station. Booking Tips: Expect lots of food 😋 and lots of walking. Please remember to bring 1000 TWD per adult in cash to pay for lunch, milk tea, and an ice cream upgrade 🍨. Most importantly, check the weather 🌞☁️🌤️ to make sure it's not raining before you book. Remember to wear your seatbelt on the bus, bring 1000 TWD cash per person, and most importantly, choose a day with good weather.

This tour was definitely one for the books! Our tour guide, Sir Allan, was the best. He’s incredibly good at taking quality photos and even suggested lots of poses for us. A Meteor Garden marathon was also played throughout the entire trip, which made everything even more entertaining. Highly recommend Sir Allan as a tour guide — he truly made this trip memorable!

A super chill and fun tour with Ms. Jeanne Tan! Everything was well-organized, and the itinerary was followed smoothly. Every place we visited was beautiful and worth the trip. Ms. Jeanne was friendly, accommodating, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and memorable tour!

We enjoyed this day tour to Taichung where we get to see a glimpse of central Taiwan. Our guide, Mr. David Harn fascinated us with stories of his travel adventures and gave us useful information about Taiwan. We even stopped at Chun Sui Tang - considered birthplace of boba milk tea. Kudos! 👍

on July 8, 2026 - I had a Fabulous KLOOK trip to Yehliu Geo park, Jiufen old town, Waterfall, & Shifen Sky Lantern experience! Our Guide (Richard) was Great: sharing his knowledge of Taiwan and the areas we visited, & which shops he thought were best to purchase teas, pineapple cake, Pork Noodle Soup, Taiwanese sausage - which was very helpful. Richard did a great job keeping us on-time so everyone had a great time. The bus was clean and had air conditioning - which was helpful in the summer heat. I personally enjoyed launching the Sky Lantern- wow! What a joy!! It was like that scene in Disney’s “Tangled”: seeing many Lanterns in the sky. I strongly recommend this tour AND I would take it again! Thanks Richard for your Awesome recommendations!

Sophie is an excellent tour guide and very approachable. She even lent us some cash when we didn't have any. Thank you for allowing us to experience this tour. My only suggestion is that I hope we can stay longer at the windmill because we left before sunset and didn't fully enjoy the view. Hopefully, next time, you will consider letting us stay for at least two to three minutes during sunset. Thank you.

Our tour guide (Alicia) was a sweet, knowledgeable, and skilled tour guide! The tour was smooth and there were lots of chances to take photos, buy food + souvenirs, and take in the beautiful sights. The bonus would be taking the scenic train ride in Alishan and taking in the views while the train does the work!
