Hotels near Taitung Forest Park

The biggest selling point is its downtown location, within walking distance to many attractions like Tiehua Village and the night market. The rooms are comfortable and feature electric curtains. There's an infinity pool on the rooftop. Parking spaces are limited, and when it's busy, the elevators can be difficult to catch (they operate with a strange logic).

Hotel Location: Beinan, Taitung, a short distance from the train station and downtown area. Transportation: You can call the front desk the day before to book the hotel's shuttle service; complimentary bicycle rentals are available. Service: Enthusiastic and professional. Room: The quadruple room is a bit small, the bidet was broken 🚽, but the mountain view is quite nice ⛰️. Cleanliness: Good. The restaurant and first floor didn't have the flies mentioned in other reviews, though 1 or 2 were spotted. Breakfast: Abundant, with both Chinese and Western options. The seafood congee contains shrimp, dried shrimp, and clams. Welcome snacks and cookies are available from 14:00 to 22:00 (no popcorn this time, but tea and other drinks are provided). The top choice for accommodation in Taitung! Including midnight snacks and breakfast, it offers the best value for money! The service quality is also exceptional, making you feel truly welcome. The high online reviews are well-deserved and lived up to expectations. Highly recommended for travelers visiting Taitung, this place will definitely recharge you for your next new journey.

Staying here with the kids this time was a wonderful overall experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and the children really loved the space and amenities in the family room. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The location is convenient, parking went smoothly, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. It's a great place to stay when traveling to Taitung with children; the kids had a blast, the adults were able to get some good rest, and we would definitely visit again!

The hotel is located about a 3-minute walk straight ahead to the right from Taitung Transfer Station. Nearby, you'll find a 7-Eleven, Central Market, Tiehua Village, and Taitung Tourist Night Market. The fragrant lobby is spacious and grand, and the front desk service is friendly. This time, I stayed in a corner 'Deluxe Room,' which featured a large space with wooden decor. One side had a big window offering city views and a small seating area. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the vanity mirror was decorated with an 'engraved' 'Tuna Logo.' The extra-large bed and pillows felt comfortable and clean. There were 'fish'-shaped nightlights on both sides, ensuring a quiet and restful night's sleep.

The guesthouse was very clean and had an elevator, and they even provided toys for children. However, the bathroom floor in room 502 was really slippery 😂 and the water from the faucet also felt very slick. My 4-year-old couldn't keep his balance and fell backward, hitting his head. Luckily, he was fine after a good cry.

Staying for 4 consecutive days, the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were nice, but the lack of a bidet toilet seat was very inconvenient. At the very least, a handheld bidet sprayer should be provided. The power outlet placement was also very inconvenient. The meals were vegetarian-friendly, and parking was relatively easy. You can drive to the beach, and there's a sea view from the window.

This was my first stay at Traveler Inn, right next to Railway Village. The Taitung Expo was happening, so there was plenty to see and do just downstairs. The breakfast was delicious, and the Dream Bowl Porridge food truck outside the inn during late-night hours was super tasty! I'll definitely stay here again next time! ^o^
