My family go for a massage here and two of us have hot stone massage and one have aromatherapy. We all three enjoy our massage very much with excellent skills of the therapists. The place was quiet and clean and after our massage, we were treated a cool drink with some coconut biscuits. Highly recommend !

Perfect! On time, clean, and the therapists are very professional. Their aromatherapy massage uses deep tissue pressure rather than just light strokes. I am extremely satisfied!

I had an hour hot stone massage and it was absolutely wonderful. going back to a 90 minutes for this upcoming Saturday. I felt so good afterward. If I can get this once a week would be fantastic!

Tha whole body massages that my husband and I experienced at Ningy Spa was excellent.The massage therapist by the names of Minh, My and Hoa are all very good. Great techniques , friendly and professional. The owner/Manager of Ningy Spa by the name of “Ha” was very friendly and hospitable. She offered to give us free ride from Ningy Spa to the old Town where we want to go and see the Lanterns and boats gliding through the river with beautiful lanterns. I highly recommend Ningy Spa in Hoi An. We will be back for more great massages next time we are in Hoi An .

This is my second visit, to a different branch, and the service is still excellent. After booking through Klook, it usually takes 6 hours before you can use the service, but the merchant proactively contacted me to reschedule, which was fantastic. The masseuse was professional and skilled, attentive and thorough. They were friendly and considerate, catering to guests' needs. The facilities offer comfort and complete privacy. The location is convenient and easy to reach. Communication during booking was clear, WhatsApp support was responsive, and helpful staff greeted me upon arrival.

I saw many negative reviews on Google Maps before buying, but I still wanted to experience it, so I came. Although I waited for about ten minutes at first, there was tea available while waiting. The masseuse's technique was quite good, and they didn't cut corners on time, so the overall rating and feeling are positive.

The masseuse even knew some Chinese, and the massage was very strong. The mango and yogurt were also delicious. I went in the morning, but many customers arrived when I was leaving (around noon), so it might be best to make a reservation to avoid waiting.

I'm a man in my 60s, and this was my first time at a spa. My body feels refreshed, and I'm very satisfied. I plan to visit Hanoi again, and I would definitely like to stop by Urban Oasis Spa.
