Urban Oasis Spa & Massage Experience in Hanoi

We made a reservation for six people from Japan. Even though it's in the old town, it wasn't noisy and we had a very quiet and relaxing time. The beautician's techniques were professional and she spoke broken Japanese, so I felt at ease during the treatment. I would like to book this spa again the next time I come. Thanks to making a reservation, I arrived at the store about 10 minutes before my scheduled time and was seated immediately without any wait. I was welcomed with a warm cup of tea and cookies, along with a wonderfully scented towel, which was very soothing. Before the massage, I was able to choose my favorite aroma from four different oils to be used during the massage and fill out a pre-treatment consultation form. Soon after, I was taken to the treatment room where I received a combination of oil massage, hot stone massage, and dry massage. It was the fourth day of my trip, and my body was exhausted, compounded by my usual desk work, leaving me very stiff. During the treatment, I felt incredibly comfortable, and after it was over, I was amazed at how relaxed my body felt – it was like a miracle. I received a full 90-minute treatment in a lovely atmosphere, and the fact that such amazing quality only cost about 4000 Japanese Yen is unbelievable. I didn't have enough cash on me to leave a tip, but there was no negative reaction to that. If you're traveling in Hanoi and your body is feeling tired, I highly recommend visiting this place. I chose the 60-minute aromatherapy massage. They had a request for pressure strength and a welcome drink ready upon arrival, which made for a comfortable experience. The treatment itself was professional and pleasant.

Booking on Klook is very convenient. Although it showed that the earliest time to choose was the next day after payment, I was able to get a massage on the same day after contacting the store via email. 120 minutes for HKD 234 is a great value for the price.

I visited as a couple, but because we were a man and a woman, there were only lace curtains when changing clothes, which was a bit annoying. I felt at ease knowing that my clothes and belongings could be kept in a locked area. The massage was very pleasant.
