La Spa Hang Be: Luxury Wellness & Signature Treatments in Hanoi

June 17th was my last planned activity before returning home. I scheduled it for the morning, and as soon as I entered, I noticed a stark contrast to the noisy Old Quarter. The facilities and environment inside were beautiful. The receptionist was very gentle and welcoming. Knowing I was a foreigner, she made an effort to speak English and slowed down so I could understand the process. Upon entering, I was immediately served iced tea and given a personal massage survey to understand my preferred pressure and scents. My massage therapist was also very patient, and I really enjoyed her technique. The hair washing area was so comfortable, and throughout the process, she gently asked about my comfort. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable, making this trip to Vietnam end perfectly. They even gave me a small gift at the end 💗. I'm very grateful to them. If I have the chance to visit Hanoi again, I will definitely come back here!! 💗💗

I've been to Thailand twice and regularly get massages in Hong Kong, but the spa experience in Vietnam was the most comfortable massage of my life. 🥹💕 This spa is located within a hotel, featuring luxurious and beautiful decor, and the environment is exceptionally neat and clean. As someone who is a bit of a germaphobe, its environment and services met all my hygiene requirements. On the first day, I chose a hot stone massage and hair wash. Ms. Nguyet, the massage therapist, was truly excellent. Her pressure was just right—not too painful, yet effective in relaxing my muscles. It felt like it helped with lymphatic drainage and meridian circulation. Throughout the process, I could feel her meticulous and dedicated work, and the results were outstanding. The hair wash was a typical Vietnamese style. The equipment used for the hair wash looked high-end and clean. Ms. Nguyet really washed my hair thoroughly and gave me a comfortable scalp massage. It was so relaxing during the wash that it made me want to fall asleep, and afterward, my hair felt soft and smelled wonderful. Immediately after my session, I booked another massage for the next day. On my second visit, I overheard other guests saying they would also "come again tomorrow." I sincerely recommend everyone come and experience their hair wash and massage.💞

I had a wonderful 3 hours here, from the moment I walked in, to leaving. Kind and welcoming staff and my therapist Ms Huong, was a skilled masseuse. I enjoyed a hot stones salt massage, a full body scrub and a facial. It was beautifully customized for what I wanted. And I left feeling brand new. I would highly recommend this place . This is a spa located inside a hotel. The day before, the staff reminded me of my appointment via WhatsApp. I was very satisfied with how carefully the masseuse washed my feet and hair. However, my hair wasn't completely dried, but luckily, the hairdryer and comb were right there. After I dried my hair myself, I happily went shopping.

The spa is located inside a very luxurious hotel. Enviroment was clean and staff is fluent in English and friendly. You get to choose the type of oil for the massage. I tried 2 different massage parlour in the area with similar price point and think La Spa is the better option hands down. However, the room is only accessible through stairs so those with disabilities might have trouble accessing.

The staff was very polite, and the explanation was clear and easy to understand. The room was clean, and the masseuse's technique was excellent. The massage was very comfortable. I will definitely book this place again if I have the opportunity. It is very worthwhile.
