The service is good, there are different scented oils to choose from, they will ask you if the strength is enough, the environment is clean. There are different levels of massage to choose from.

This is my second visit, to a different branch, and the service is still excellent. After booking through Klook, it usually takes 6 hours before you can use the service, but the merchant proactively contacted me to reschedule, which was fantastic. The masseuse was professional and skilled, attentive and thorough. They were friendly and considerate, catering to guests' needs. The facilities offer comfort and complete privacy. The location is convenient and easy to reach. Communication during booking was clear, WhatsApp support was responsive, and helpful staff greeted me upon arrival.

I heard good reviews online, so I came! Personally, I think the staff's service attitude is excellent, and I love the atmosphere. They first serve a very good cup of tea, and they speak English and Chinese, which is quite amazing. The whole massage process is smooth and comfortable, the masseuse is very gentle, and the technique is very skillful with plenty of pressure. After the massage, there are snacks and fruit to eat, and the cookies are especially delicious. I really wanted to take them as souvenirs. Honestly, this massage is very memorable, the service is excellent, and I would like to come again if I have the chance. Oh, and I chose the 90-minute Signature massage, highly recommended! 👍

Excellent service. The therapist are very polite and hospitable. I've had terrible stiff neck and back for years after going through the full body massage it helped to relieve the pain. Pick the massage where they will stand on your back for more pressure to your back for those with more serious back pain. The welcome drink and post massage snacks were great too!

The environment is comfortable, and the masseuse is quite strong. Before the massage, iced tea and a towel are provided, and after the massage, there is fruit and dessert.

The tacit understanding between the two masseurs is very good. Many times you can't tell who is massaging me, just like the elf in a fairy tale.

Upon entering the store, the staff were very polite and provided excellent service and introductions. Their English was fluent, and they could also communicate in Chinese... :D There was a selection of essential oils, and the technicians were diligent and highly skilled! After the massage, there were also small snacks. A highly recommended and excellent establishment~

Van is my therapist and I think she is the best therapist I had so far. The massage is spot on. The relaxing pace and stroke are just right for me. Totally love it. The communication with Herbal Spa was clear over WhatsApp too. A tip for traveller to Hoi An in August - you may want to book afternoon slot to avoid the hot sun, and keep your evening free to walk around the lively Hoi Ann Old Town at night.
