Hoi An Spas

Staying in Hoi An for three nights and only arranging a massage here on the last day was such a regret! The regret is, why did I only find out about this place on the last day! The massage was probably the most comfortable I've had in the last three days! Every point was massaged, and it even included round-trip hotel transportation! Highly recommended.

Tha whole body massages that my husband and I experienced at Ningy Spa was excellent.The massage therapist by the names of Minh, My and Hoa are all very good. Great techniques , friendly and professional. The owner/Manager of Ningy Spa by the name of “Ha” was very friendly and hospitable. She offered to give us free ride from Ningy Spa to the old Town where we want to go and see the Lanterns and boats gliding through the river with beautiful lanterns. I highly recommend Ningy Spa in Hoi An. We will be back for more great massages next time we are in Hoi An .

This is my second visit, to a different branch, and the service is still excellent. After booking through Klook, it usually takes 6 hours before you can use the service, but the merchant proactively contacted me to reschedule, which was fantastic. The masseuse was professional and skilled, attentive and thorough. They were friendly and considerate, catering to guests' needs. The facilities offer comfort and complete privacy. The location is convenient and easy to reach. Communication during booking was clear, WhatsApp support was responsive, and helpful staff greeted me upon arrival.

I saw many negative reviews on Google Maps before buying, but I still wanted to experience it, so I came. Although I waited for about ten minutes at first, there was tea available while waiting. The masseuse's technique was quite good, and they didn't cut corners on time, so the overall rating and feeling are positive.

I chose the 60-minute aromatherapy massage. They had a request for pressure strength and a welcome drink ready upon arrival, which made for a comfortable experience. The treatment itself was professional and pleasant.
