The EasyCard is very easy to use and extremely convenient. You just tap and go when using the MRT, buses, and even at convenience stores and some attractions. It saved us so much time since we didn’t need to buy tickets every time or carry a lot of cash. It made getting around Taiwan smooth, stress-free, and very tourist-friendly.

The counter was located at Taoyuan Airport Basement Level 1, which made it simple to find upon arrival. All I needed to do was show the staff my booking code, and they immediately issued the ticket on the spot without any hassle. After that, I just waited nearby, and the bus departed directly from in front of the counter, which was very convenient. The bus itself was comfortable and well-equipped. There was a toilet on board, which was very helpful during the journey, especially for a long-distance trip. .

I had fun exploring Southern Taiwan with this 3 day pass. Very easy to use, it comes with a booklet that you'll get from the HSR counter. You can book your HSR in advance through the website, can even change your time of departure when you go to the counter. My accomodation is in Taipei and the day trips in Taichung and Tainan was just a breeze. HSR also provides free shuttle bus between HSR station to the main city, just research for the bus number. You have to go through the staff at the gates to pass through, they will inspect the booklet. I'll comeback to explore more of South Taiwan!

seat reservation process: super easy just get your tickets at the counter using the QR code. Back and forth tickets will be provided at the counter so keep your return ticket with you price: very affordable transport included: good value for money. the driver at the airport even helped us put our luggage in the bus compartment. Although in the Taipei bus station, the driver did not helped us with our luggage at all lol
