W stayed at this hotel and was assigned a room on the 12th floor. During our stay, we suddenly experienced strong shaking due to an earthquake. It was quite alarming, especially being on a high floor. While the earthquake itself is not the hotel’s fault, clearer guidance or communication from staff during the situation would have helped guests feel more reassured and safe.
