prompt repsonse from operator. took a car ride from hotel to the meeting point by operator. guide was clear in explanation. pity that the time spent in Qilishantang was abit too short.

We’re group of Malaysian, opted to join Chinese group. Our guide Ms Xiao Zhu was very attentive and friendly to us due to language barrier. She made sure we get all the information needed and made sure we are all welcomed into the group. Chill itinerary yet very informative and punctual. We’re given times to explore on our own and shopping too. The explanation is very clear even using the audio translator through our phone. Highly recommend this package for local people and those from non Chinese speaking region, it’s an experience. It’s up to u to enjoy it. Big thanks from us. 🫶🏻

This trip was so wonderful & enjoyable even though time was limited due to May 1st China Labour holidays. All places visited was so scenic & beautiful especially WuZhen. Hotels provided are mostly 5stars, very comfortable. Huangpu night cruise is a must to experience the classic Shanghai city iconic night view. Sailed by the glowing Bund & the beautiful reflection on the water was so amazing. I wanted to give a big thanks *5stars* to 小王@克洛伊, our guide for 4 days 3 nights touring Zhejiang province, a very well organised & responsible guide who always check on all members to make sure all are safe. Also wanted to thank 星星, our local Shanghai guide. This trip is highly recommended to everyone. Thank you again.

Although the Humble Administrator's Garden was beautiful, the crowds negatively impacted the experience. Luckily, Tour Guide Huang provided detailed explanations and led the way; otherwise, it would have been a wasted trip. The experience at Zhouzhuang Ancient Town was relatively more relaxed because there were fewer people on Monday. Zhouzhuang at night was beautiful, and Tour Guide Chen's commentary was very interesting.

We had an enjoyable one-day trip to Suzhou. The entire experience was great and memorable from start to finish. Our tour guide, Zhu Ping, was always smiling, energetic, and eager to help with anything we needed. It was a pleasure being shown around by someone so professional and approachable.

was a fun experience! there were interactive games before the dinner and everyone had fun playing (or gambling haha). you can also customise a scent pouch! food was delicious, really enjoyed it. definitely will recommend people to come and be a apart of the experience!

Perhaps due to the rain, the tour guide arrived a bit late. Afterward, we walked quite a long distance with umbrellas before getting on the tour bus. The Humble Administrator's Garden was very crowded. Lunch was a simple buffet, and one dish was spoiled. Wuzhen is incredibly beautiful; if I were to go again, I would choose to stay there for a night.

it was very good experience to see both places with different charms. the tour guide gave lot of explanation and information for both places.

Despite the heavy rain during our two-day trip to Wuzhen and Suzhou, our tour guide, Xiao Ye, did an excellent job explaining the history and stories behind each attraction. She also had to manage the needs of various groups, which was truly not easy. She is a very professional and responsible guide. Even with the rain, we had a wonderful time learning about history and exploring different old streets. We would definitely join another tour with her if we have the chance.
