Had a great time SUPing on the Zengwen River on 9/20 at 5:30. The instructor, Taro, was very friendly and his instructions were easy to understand. I was nervous at first, but later I felt relaxed sitting, kneeling, standing, and lying down. The instructor was easy to chat with and also recommended Tainan attractions. He's also a pro at taking photos. It was a wonderful experience! 🤗

I chose the Huaping Road branch this time, and since I booked through Klook, I couldn't specify a masseuse. But I was lucky enough to get a masseuse who was very skilled and gave a very comfortable massage 👍. There are many parking spaces on the roadside nearby, making parking convenient. The environment is very comfortable and clean. Klook is cheaper than buying on-site, highly recommended.

The massage technique is professional and precise, with delicate movements and just the right amount of pressure, making the whole process very relaxing and comfortable. The store environment is clean and elegant, with a warm atmosphere, and the staff is always attentive to the guests' needs, making them feel very cared for. After the treatment, they thoughtfully prepare a cup of hot tea, taking good care of both body and mind. There is a parking lot nearby, making transportation convenient and eliminating parking worries. Overall, the experience is very satisfactory and worth recommending!

Amazing experience from Thuy Hang - professional, kind and lovely. Very sanitary spa environment with all tools taken from the disinfecting machine. I cannot recommend this place enough - must go experience in Tainan for self care! They also serve Vietnamese coffee and banh mi during the daytime. Easy to book and flexible times.

The masseuse has good technique, but there may be a wait due to limited staff. However, the massage was thorough and the full time was used, and there was no hard selling, just a brief introduction of services. The environment is decent, but the beds are a bit cramped.

The trains are modern, clean, and very comfortable, making long-distance travel fast and stress-free. What would normally take several hours by car or bus can be reduced to just about an hour or two with HSR, which is perfect for travelers exploring multiple cities. The stations are well organized, and the boarding process is smooth and easy to follow. Trains are also very punctual, which makes planning your travel schedule much easier. Inside the train, the seats are spacious with enough legroom, and the ride itself is very smooth and quiet. It’s also easy to purchase tickets through apps like Klook, which makes the process more convenient for tourists. Overall, Taiwan HSR is a great transportation option that combines speed, comfort, and reliability, making it one of the best ways to explore different parts of Taiwan efficiently

I had fun exploring Southern Taiwan with this 3 day pass. Very easy to use, it comes with a booklet that you'll get from the HSR counter. You can book your HSR in advance through the website, can even change your time of departure when you go to the counter. My accomodation is in Taipei and the day trips in Taichung and Tainan was just a breeze. HSR also provides free shuttle bus between HSR station to the main city, just research for the bus number. You have to go through the staff at the gates to pass through, they will inspect the booklet. I'll comeback to explore more of South Taiwan!

Traveling to Tainan from 115.2.14-2/15, I chose this place because it's a three-minute walk from Tainan Railway Station in the direction of 7-Eleven. It was my first time renting a scooter service through Klook, and I didn't quite understand the options on the system. The service at the starting point store was very kind and patient. You can tell that the store has served a diverse range of customers. Although the store's location is not very close to the train station, I told them it was my first time buying through the system, and the staff kindly explained the interface to me again. I really appreciate the store's explanation. I understood that there are several stores listed on it, and they are collaborating to operate on Klook, which is great. Cleanliness: Good Service: Friendly and attentive Vehicle condition: Good, and the scooter has a phone holder, which is very helpful when you need to search for directions on your phone. The scooter itself has a charging device, located on the left side of the handlebar. Model: SYM VIVO 125, riding process is quite powerful.
