Tour guide: When planning the trip, I inquired with several travel companies, specifically asking if they had female guides. Klook recommended Sister Mei to us, saying that customers who had been with her thought she was exceptionally good. So, after comparing several options, we embarked on a five-day, four-night journey with Sister Mei as our driver. Unexpectedly, Sister Mei turned out to be a fantastic guide – patient, meticulous, conscientious, and responsible. She took everyone's feelings into account and took care of us without us having to say much. Sister Mei thoughtfully prepared fruits, snacks, and local delicacies for us. She never rushed us, cared about whether we were warm enough, and demonstrated excellent driving skills on difficult roads. I knew choosing a female driver and female guide wouldn't be a mistake!

The whole itinerary is relatively relaxed, but it doesn't lack experiences, making it suitable for traveling with a few close friends. Especially Master Lu Chao, he drove very steadily the whole way and would modify the itinerary according to our requests. The online customer service was also very responsive and provided comprehensive service. Overall, the experience was very good. The first half of the trip was mainly sightseeing. The night in Dukezong Ancient City was particularly flavorful, and the Songzanlin Monastery was also full of mysterious Tibetan Buddhist culture. We also added the Feilai Temple observation deck on a whim and bought our favorite cultural and creative trinkets. The second half of the trip was mainly hiking in forests and national parks, which was a particularly different experience, and it's a good starting point for hiking beginners. Although there are fewer landscapes in winter, taking photos with yaks, feeding squirrels and birds, and the frozen creek are also very beautiful. Overall, the few days of stolen leisure were full of experiences! The accommodations were all high-end, and we basically ate at the hotel, making it a worry-free trip. However, you should keep your oxygen pillow fully charged at all times. If you have a headache or can't sleep, inhale it quickly, after all, an altitude of 3000+ meters is no joke.

My friend and I had this roadtrip in the 4th week of November 2025. It was one of the most amazing roadtrips I ever had. We don't even speak Chinese, but brother Cola made it smooth even with the translator app. He is attentive and also good at taking photos. We visited all the places mentioned in the Klook itinerary and also stopped at some viewing platforms along the way. Even play with the snow while taking a break from driving. As for meals, all lunches and dinners were at our own expense, while breakfasts were in the hotel restaurant, a tea/coffee in HalfWay cafe was included. Since it's the 2 of us, brother Cola picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel instead of a random location. The itinerary planner person will let us know the weather, temperature and destination the night before. They will also adjust the plan depending on the situation. However, the executioner is brother Cola, and he will make sure the experience is top-notch. We also love his car! Highly recommended!

Solo traveling has a lot of limitations, so booking this tour was really great value for the money. Since there wasn't a tour guide, the driver and master were local Naxi people who took this group of a few people and introduced the scenery and customs of Lijiang and Shangri-La along the way. His driving skills were truly first-class, safe and stable 👍🏻. The itinerary was rich but not too tiring, with enough time for us to slowly acclimatize to the high altitude. I would join again next time I come to Yunnan 👍🏻.

This tour is highly recommended for anyone who's looking to travel to Yunnan. The itinerary was really great, it didn't felt rushed and we felt like we got to visit many places. The accommodations were top-notch and had really great vibes and views. The tour guide assigned to us was 和师傅, he was very thoughtful and considerate throughout the entire trip. Bought us to local eateries and performances when we had time to spare. We learnt so much about the history of the many places that we drive through, the attractions we went and even about the difference tribes. I will definitely be bringing my family along again for a trip so they can experience what I experienced. Highly recommend 和师傅 for your tour!

The experience of this trip was very pleasant, and I will definitely come back. After all, Yunnan is such a beautiful place that it would be impossible to see everything in just one visit. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the tour. One of the main advantages of joining a guided tour is that everything is taken care of for you, so you don’t have to worry about anything. The itinerary includes all the major attractions, and the meals served on the tour bus are decent, with good flavors and plenty of food. The hotels are clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet, providing a good opportunity for rest throughout the trip. Breakfast is also excellent, and there is a different guide available at each location. Overall, I am very satisfied.

This trip was absolutely fantastic! The scenery along the way was stunning, each spot as picturesque as a painting, making it hard to leave. Our tour guide was professional and considerate, providing lively and engaging commentary, and offering attentive and patient service, which filled the entire trip with joy. The driver was skilled and drove smoothly, providing a solid guarantee for our safe travel. I must give a huge thumbs up and highly recommend this travel agency – it's excellent value for money!

Overall, the tour was very comprehensive. We saw impressive places, were able to appreciate the rich culture of the Lugu Lake inhabitants, and participated in the dances and songs of the Mosuo people. We were given several varied and typical meals from the area, all very delicious. The only downside was the hotel. The room was fine, but the bathroom, being a wet toilet, was like a swimming pool after showering and didn't dry, so the room had a bad smell of humidity and pipes. However, they upgraded us and gave us a room with views of Lugu Lake. It was a good experience, we definitely recommend it.

Amazing tour! first of all, the tour guide 熊三 helped us a lot. We are Korean and we can’t speak Chinese at all. 熊三 and us was communicating with translate app and it worked well. 熊三 is Lijiang local so he told us many stories about culture of Yunman. we can feel Lijiang local’s welcome and warm heart from him. he is really friendly guy and helped us not to get scammed and took care us well. Secondly, the tour is well planed to enjoy nature and not tight schedule. we could have chill holiday. we couldn’t go Haba snow mountain because of government policy but the replaced accommodation had amazing view. generally all accommodations were great and the owners welcomed us. i highly recommend this tour to foreigners like us
