proximity to the parks is hard to beat. for a “5 star” hotel the rooms leave a lot to be desired, but better than other Disney alternatives. rooms just felt small and bare. but lobby is pretty and again - you’re staying for the park proximity. overall much quieter and calmer than Disneyland hotel, but Disneyland hotel has better pool for older kids looking for some thrills. staff was very very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed for 5 nights and it was even better than I expected. I had stayed at the Disneyland Hotel until the day before, and compared to that, the room and bathroom were clean, and the shower temperature and water pressure were excellent. It seems there's a smoking area outside the hotel entrance, which I think is particularly good for smokers. (Many Japanese people gathered at the smoking area.) Some rooms have microwaves and some don't, depending on the room plan, but there was one microwave on the first floor. On the second floor, there were two sets of laundry machines (washer and dryer), but they were cash-only. The convenience store inside the hotel is overpriced, with a bottle of water costing about 1000 yen, so I recommend bringing water from Japan or buying it at CVS or the pharmacy across the street. It was a 5-minute walk from the hotel to CVS when there weren't many people during the day. For getting to the park, I recommend the free bus from the Toy Story Parking lot, which is across the road. If there are a lot of people, it's about a 15-20 minute walk, but at night, as you get closer to the hotel, the crowds thin out, so using a bus or similar transportation might be safer. This hotel's entrance doors are designed so that you can't open them from the outside without a key card from night until morning, which also made me feel secure. I could even see some of the Disneyland fireworks from outside the hotel!

Toller Aufenthalt! Sehr gute Anbindung an einen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten ❤️

This was my second stay, and I really liked that it was within walking distance of Disneyland. It gets very hot during the day, so being able to return to the hotel to rest and recharge, then re-enter Disneyland in the evening, allowed us to fully enjoy our time. When the toilet got clogged, they responded immediately. The complimentary breakfast was also a great perk. There was even a microwave in the room, so we could make rice balls with the instant rice we brought from Japan.

Ich war jetzt schon zweimal hier und es war beide Male eine großartige Erfahrung! Das Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center ist sauber, komfortabel und sehr familienfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist super praktisch – besonders wenn man Disneyland besucht. Das Frühstück ist ein netter Bonus, und die Annehmlichkeiten erleichtern das Reisen mit Kindern erheblich. Ich habe dem Personal gesagt, dass mein nächster Besuch wieder in diesem Hotel sein wird – definitiv empfehlenswert für Familien, die einen zuverlässigen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in Anaheim suchen!

Ich habe zum ersten Mal eine viertägige Auslandsreise alleine als Frau unternommen, um Disneyland zu besuchen. Ich schäme mich zuzugeben, dass mein Englisch nicht gut war und ich Bedenken hatte, aber ich wurde beim Check-in, Housekeeping und Check-out freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Die Lage ist großartig, da Disneyland nur 10-20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Allerdings dachte ich, dass der Rückweg nach einem anstrengenden Tag zu Fuß zu anstrengend wäre, da ich nicht so fit bin. Die Gegend um die Unterkunft ist sicher, besonders nachts, da man den Heimweg mit anderen Parkbesuchern teilt und somit nicht alleine ist. Das gab mir ein sicheres Gefühl, auch nachts alleine zu gehen. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Es wird empfohlen, Zahnbürste, Pyjama und Hausschuhe mitzubringen, da diese nicht vorhanden sind. Das Housekeeping kommt nur auf Anfrage. Daher bin ich am zweiten Tag direkt zur Rezeption gegangen (da ich unsicher war, am Telefon zu kommunizieren) und habe um die Reinigung gebeten. Beim Check-out fragte mich zufällig ein Mitarbeiter, der draußen war, ob ich auschecken würde, und ich musste nur den Zimmerschlüssel abgeben – fertig! Das war einfach und gut. Obwohl es viele neue Erfahrungen waren, hatte ich einen sicheren, komfortablen und erschwinglichen Aufenthalt. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen!

I stayed for two nights and wanted housekeeping to clean the room, but when I returned after 4 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned. It seemed like they were just a couple of doors down, and I would have appreciated at least a towel exchange, but that didn't happen either. Since there were two of each, I managed, but there was no complimentary water service, so I started to think a better hotel might have been preferable. However, the location is good; I could walk back alone even past midnight, so perhaps it's a trade-off. If it were further away, walking alone might be risky, but because it's close, there were many people walking around even late at night, so it felt safe. It's a bit old, but the cleaning is thorough. It would have been helpful if they had told me the room was in the other building, as I got very lost at first.

I stopped here with my daughter 2 nights, as we were going to Disneyland. The room was great, well decorated with modern furniture. My daughter loved the bunk bed over the main bed. The staff were very helpful, and dealt with any issues immediately, with out question. A great location, I would stay there again.
