Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist schön angerichtet und zubereitet. Es wäre noch besser, wenn es mehr Aktivitäten im Hotel gäbe.

excellent place to stay, private onsen, quiet. The room is super spacious. I enjoyed every minute and only hope can stay longer:) The breakfast is awesome, healthy and delicious. The staffs are great too, nice and helpful. You will never regret.

The location is very close to Lake Kinrin, within walking distance. There are three family hot springs, and the staff is polite. Breakfast and dinner are included, the room is clean, and there is a private hot spring. The overall experience feels very comfortable and safe.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Service ist erstklassig. Als wir ankamen, bekamen wir Begrüßungsgetränke. Wir fuhren auch mit dem Taxi, das das Hotel bezahlte. Dies ist ihr kostenloser Shuttleservice. Das Einzige, was uns nicht gefiel, waren die Mücken im Zimmer und in den Ryokans. Insgesamt war es eine unglaubliche Erfahrung mit privatem Speisesaal für Frühstück und Kaiseki.

Highly recommended guesthouse. It offers free washers and dryers, a children's play area, private hot spring baths (two available, first-come, first-served), as well as outdoor hot springs and a sauna. The rooms are also very spacious. It is very close to the JR and bus stations. However, it might be slightly inconvenient for tourists without a car, as there are some slopes to walk up.

It's very convenient; you can reach it within 10 minutes of getting off at the bus terminal. For me, both dinner and breakfast were satisfying, and the staff were very friendly. At dinner, an auntie even offered to take our picture. The hot spring area has both indoor and outdoor baths, typical of a traditional hot spring inn.

My overall stay was excellent, I'd give it a 99 out of 100. The remaining point is my hope that the hotel will continue to maintain its high-quality service and constantly improve. I look forward to staying again. Breakfast: Very Japanese style, delicious. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. Convenience of Transportation: Station shuttle service is available after 3 PM - 5 PM, by reservation. Cleanliness: The room was spacious, and the hot spring bath was comfortable.

Location is excellent. Short walk to the main shopping street. Love the private bath, three in total, single, double, and outdoor, all private and first come first served. Nice little kitchen with xooking amenities.

When booking, it stated that check-in instructions would be received within 24 hours of arrival, but I didn't receive them. I checked the FAQ on the official website and found out that bookings made through Expedia do not receive these emails (the Klook booking confirmation stated it was an Expedia booking). So, I quickly left a message on their website and asked a friend living in Japan to call them, and we finally got the check-in passcode. Everyone should keep this in mind. Two families stayed this time, and the space was amazing! Everyone gasped in amazement when they walked in, and the kids were super happy. Both bathrooms were great, especially the outdoor hot spring tub and the sauna—it was extremely relaxing. One day we bought groceries from the supermarket and cooked hot pot; the pots, pans, and tableware were completely well-equipped, and there was even a dishwasher. It was just perfect~~~ We spent two wonderful nights there ❤️.
