very nice and friendly staff. food are nicely served and prepared. could be even better for having more activities in the hotel.

The hotel's location is convenient and not too far from the station, in a quiet and peaceful area. I stayed for three days and two nights. I had two breakfasts and two dinners (purchased as add-ons), plus a cake (also an add-on). All four meals were different and incredibly generous. Most of the hotel staff can communicate in English, especially Daisuke and Funase, who were very polite and hospitable. The three private hot springs are beautiful, and I recommend booking them in advance. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family for a return visit! 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is quite clean and the service is top notch. When i first came in, they gave us welcoming drinks. We also rode the taxi which the hotel paid for. This is their free shuttle service. Only thing we dont like are the mosquitos inside the room and the ryokans. Overall, it was an incredible experience with private dining for breakfast and kaiseki.

Location is excellent. Short walk to the main shopping street. Love the private bath, three in total, single, double, and outdoor, all private and first come first served. Nice little kitchen with xooking amenities.

When booking, it stated that check-in instructions would be received within 24 hours of arrival, but I didn't receive them. I checked the FAQ on the official website and found out that bookings made through Expedia do not receive these emails (the Klook booking confirmation stated it was an Expedia booking). So, I quickly left a message on their website and asked a friend living in Japan to call them, and we finally got the check-in passcode. Everyone should keep this in mind. Two families stayed this time, and the space was amazing! Everyone gasped in amazement when they walked in, and the kids were super happy. Both bathrooms were great, especially the outdoor hot spring tub and the sauna—it was extremely relaxing. One day we bought groceries from the supermarket and cooked hot pot; the pots, pans, and tableware were completely well-equipped, and there was even a dishwasher. It was just perfect~~~ We spent two wonderful nights there ❤️.

The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Kinrin, offering beautiful views of the morning mist. It features private baths, but the rooms are a bit small, which feels a little underwhelming for the price. Nevertheless, its lakeside location remains its biggest advantage.

My overall stay was excellent, I'd give it a 99 out of 100. The remaining point is my hope that the hotel will continue to maintain its high-quality service and constantly improve. I look forward to staying again. Breakfast: Very Japanese style, delicious. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. Convenience of Transportation: Station shuttle service is available after 3 PM - 5 PM, by reservation. Cleanliness: The room was spacious, and the hot spring bath was comfortable.

Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. Transportation convenience: It's about a 10-minute walk from the station to Shuho-kan, but it took us longer because there were shops to browse along the way. I highly recommend staying here!
