Nice hotel near the Narita airport. They offer free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 minutes. Inside the hotel, they have a pharmacy, souvenir shop & convinience store. Their restaurant offer great variety of menu. :)

The hotel itself is very good, the restaurant offers buffet dinner and free breakfast which is very convenient, there's a free shuttle going back and forth at the hotel, so no need to think about how to go back to the airport.

Das Richmond Hotel Narita war die perfekte Wahl für die letzte Übernachtung. Es ist weniger als fünf Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Narita entfernt, die Zimmer sind groß genug, um das Gepäck für die Heimreise zu packen, das Bett ist groß und bequem, und die Badewanne ist ebenfalls groß. In der Lobby im Erdgeschoss gibt es sogar Badezusätze zum Entspannen. Es ist auch sehr praktisch, zum Einkaufen zum Narita Omotesando zu laufen, und in der Nähe gibt es einen Aeon Town Supermarkt, um noch ein paar Snacks und Instantnudeln für die letzte Einkaufsrunde zu besorgen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht riesig, aber es ist lecker. Das Beste ist der angebotene Flughafenshuttle – wirklich ein perfekter letzter Halt!

Its my first time staying at a capsule hotel and it didn't disappoint. I had an early morning flight, instead of staying at the airport lobby; I decided to try this out. The place was very clean and the people staying are well aware of the noise level that should be observed. The amenities that comes along with the booking were great. The bathrooms and pods where very clean as well. Will definitely book this again if I ever need it.

it was a very convenient spot for me as I can walk around and head to the old town or to the park for my last day in Tokyo. the hotel also offers free shuttle to the airport you just have to reserve the timeslot that you want. the rooms are comfortable and the things I need are there.

Great airport hotel for our Narita stay! Very clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of both Japanese and Western options. Staff were professional and helpful with airport shuttle information. Convenient location with free shuttle bus service to/from Narita Airport. Rooms are spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. Good value for an airport hotel. Perfect for early flights or layovers. Would definitely stay here again when flying through Narita!

the charcoal grill chef was the best. great food to end our Japan journey. Will definitely go back just for him. the other restaurant which was very packed did not much for us.see photos ARIGATO CHEF thanks for the good sake recommendation

location is perfect. shuttle service is on time and hassle free. highly recommended if you have an early flight.

It's very close to the airport and has a shuttle bus. To catch it, exit Terminal 2 and wait at bus stop 26. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious. There's also a shuttle bus to JR Narita Station, which is very convenient. The staff were also great!
