hotel location: good location near all the shopping mall transport access: accessible to all transportation

the hotel locals good and near the MRT station with walking distance within 10 mins. the facilities include gym facilities, swimming pool which can let guest to enjoy and stay at hotel. also the breakfast is good with many choices, it make us have a good start every morning. the price of hotel dropped a lot, but we cannot enjoy this benefit since we make non-refundable booking. therefore we recommend to book free cancellation booking to allow flexibility! 整潔度：good 服務：good 酒店地點：excellent 交通便利性：good 早餐：good

Even tho the building seems old, the interior of the room does not seem too dated. I like the bathroom it's big and the shower area is long. we even got a free upgrade. I'd stay here again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were impressed by the property's appearance, cleanliness, and beautiful swimming pools, as well as the stunning sea view from our room; most importantly, the staff were friendly and efficient. I would like to specifically commend Ms. Aishwini for her extra effort and kind attitude. We were also amazed by her multilingual abilities, as she spoke both English and Mandarin fluently and is currently learning Japanese.

the room is spacious and clean. the rate is friendly.location is close to novena mall and novena church.

my stay was perfect. but the most annoying part was the fire alarm kept ringing and the lift wasnt working for almost 30 mins. the phone in the room wasnt working as well. called the main line using my mobile but nobody was picking up and all extensions was diverted to mailbox. check in process was realllly slow, can be improved. but overall, it was perfect because the pool was awesome!

althought the room was small, it was very clean. just dont recommend bringing big luggages as you'll have a hard time opening them. loved the view from our room and down by the pool. also loved how near it was from clark and boat quay. and how it was just a 5min walk from the mrt. def ok to book.

so far the room is clean and big compare to the other hotel. the price is worth it even don't have any toiletries.
