Clean, comfortable room and a smooth, fast check-in process. The breakfast had a great selection with plenty of options, and dinner was also excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily stay here again.

They did not replay for our email for early check in as our 14 hours fight landing time was 8.30am. But no replay. After landing we called them again, but they did not confirm about early check in and check in time was 3 pm. So we kept our luggage in the airport locker and wandered in the airport so tired after 14hours flight. We gone to the hotel at 3 pm. still rooms were not ready and told us to wait another couple of hours. Finally we got room in different level, It was not possible to go to our family members room through the lift as we didnt have access to the corresepodning levels in the lifts. They were also insisted to pay security amount even thought we were set it up in the online booking.

The Park Royal Pickering is a beautiful property in a great location. We used the MRT (public subway) everyday to explore the city of Singapore. The station was 2 blocks away and we were able to walk under cover the whole way which is important for the sudden rain storms and the equatorial heat/sun. The property is very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We ate dinner at the hotel the first night after a long day of travel and it was very good. We upgraded to an urban suite and our room was very spacious. We highly recommend the upgrade! Comfortable beds and comfortable pillows gave us very good nights sleep all the nights. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel, the best one that we’ve ever been. The only thing that could have been better is the pool, which has an amazing view but it was very cold, they don’t have a heating system and it was pretty uncomfortable to swim. But the hotel is very clean, beautiful and unique. location is great, a lot of restaurants, shops around and also a bus station right in front of the hotel. I would like to mention their breakfast which was delicious and fresh. It was a buffet with multiple meals choices for every taste. I’m not a breakfast person but for that one I was just running there in the morning.
