hotel location: good location near all the shopping mall transport access: accessible to all transportation

my stay was perfect. but the most annoying part was the fire alarm kept ringing and the lift wasnt working for almost 30 mins. the phone in the room wasnt working as well. called the main line using my mobile but nobody was picking up and all extensions was diverted to mailbox. check in process was realllly slow, can be improved. but overall, it was perfect because the pool was awesome!

Even tho the building seems old, the interior of the room does not seem too dated. I like the bathroom it's big and the shower area is long. we even got a free upgrade. I'd stay here again.

the hotel locals good and near the MRT station with walking distance within 10 mins. the facilities include gym facilities, swimming pool which can let guest to enjoy and stay at hotel. also the breakfast is good with many choices, it make us have a good start every morning. the price of hotel dropped a lot, but we cannot enjoy this benefit since we make non-refundable booking. therefore we recommend to book free cancellation booking to allow flexibility! 整潔度：good 服務：good 酒店地點：excellent 交通便利性：good 早餐：good

the room is spacious and clean. the rate is friendly.location is close to novena mall and novena church.

Samuel, Elvin and Thomas are very helpful and friendly. They helped us in different ways and gave us suggestions on our trip. Than you very much. Very recommended.

Front desk look into my booking remarks and act in advance really surprised me. This is not my first time staying here but I feel different this time. Overall it is a great improvement.
