Dobrý
Hotel was good, great location and easy to get around. However, for the price of the hotel, service was lacking - long check in wait due to lack of staff at front desks and concierge desk failed to order our taxi which we’d booked to take us to the airport.

Rooms are very small. Even two people struggle to move around. The 7 eleven across the courtyard did supply fresh milk. No tea, coffee or plates/ bowls or utensils where in the room but said they had stations however the utensils didn’t get stocked for the two days we were there so try get what you need for a few days in advance. It appears to be set up for minimal clothes and maximum time in one of the three pools but get in early to secure those lounge chairs by the pool as there seems to be a lot of seating but it is away from the pool. Staff were very helpful on arrival and leaving. The fireworks at night were great but if you plan to walk to ten each in the middle of the day take plenty of water and a personal fan as it gets hot. Take the monorail but note if you want to use it at 5pm you will have to line up on a long line. If you have tolddlers and strollers map out your travel and lift location.

I wish I could live here FOREVER!! Clean, helpful staff, friendly, gorgeous views, great location…I can’t say enough amazing things! They even give you a QR code to get back onto the island for free! The pool was the highlight and breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The room was compact but well laid out and modern. and we got a room right near the pool which was great. The pools were amazing, which was perfect as that was the main reason we selected this hotel. The location was also great for all stops along the monorail, and close enough to the ViviCity mall to grab some groceries, dinner or shopping. There seemed to be quite a few pool tiles missing here and there around the pool but the whole place was clean and comfortable and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only minor downside was the mini fridge which was not easy to figure out how to make it cold, and I would have lived if it had a tiny freezer section.

Santos Village is a modern, large development area, thus there can be no complaints given. The third floor has a pool area with shallow, warm water suitable for very young children. There are many adventure activities nearby, accessible by a free shuttle service. Universal Studios is just a short bus ride away. We didn’t like the TV channels that broadcast their own shows, so we could only watch what was on at the moment. This was especially frustrating for children who wanted to watch the same show again. Everything is digital, from door and room controls to all services, except room service, which requires a phone call. Taxi service from/to the airport takes about half an hour for about $30. Supposed to show reservations number at check point to the hotels’ area to avoid an entry fee, but they just waved us through. Fortunately, there’s a nearby shopping centre where we could buy a fold-up pram, similar to the one left on the shuttle bus at home.

We booked a Family room and we loved our stay so much. The rooms were spotless and very well thought off. I love that it's a family room but it features privacy within the room itself. It had everything we needed and loved the smart toilet as well! Also, the staffs are amazing especially the concierge team who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A highly recommended hotel for families with young kids.
