We had an amazing experience on this trip! We truly enjoyed the package, and it exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to our host, Komang, who made the entire journey even more memorable. He was friendly, entertaining, and spoke English very well, making communication easy throughout the trip. He also shared many great recommendations and interesting insights about Bali, which made our experience even better. Komah was incredibly helpful, attentive, and assisted us every step of the way. We had a lovely day out at Nusa Penida thanks to Klook and their super friendly and kind local staff. Alex delivered us safely and speedily to Port Sanur, chatting with us about bali and our home country. He helped us navigate the very crowded and somewhat dysfunctional port and we managed to board our ferry with little hassle. A short and comfortable ride later, we arrived on the island and were off onto another boat for snorkelling. Had a fantastic experience seeing all the bali marine life - including a turtle! We then met our private driver Oka who was the highlight of our day. Oka drives the difficult Penida roads like a pro and told us all about the island, was happy to answer any questions we had. He showed us to each location on the itinerary and waited nearby, we never had any trouble finding him. He was also very happy to take some photos of us in front of the beautiful spots. Thank you Oka and Alex for making our day amazing!

I made a reservation four days in advance, and the 6:00 PM slot was sold out, so I chose 7:00 PM. The same-day tickets also sold out by 6:30 PM, so it's definitely better to book through Klook. The venue only opens after the 6:00 PM show finishes, so the entrance line didn't start moving until 7:00 PM. Seating begins from the upper rows. Those who arrived later had to sit on the ground. Many people also had to stand. Even if you get a seat, it's very cramped, with your shoulders touching the person next to you. The 7:00 PM show actually started at 7:22 PM. The Kecak dance was absolutely wonderful. The front seats offer a closer and more impactful view of the performers. There was heavy traffic both going to and from the venue, but it was well worth seeing, even with that in mind. The sunset was also beautiful, and the waves crashing below the cliff were impressive. The temple is full of mischievous monkeys. My glasses were snatched from behind my head. It seems they target people who are sitting down. Be careful of the monkeys!

We had a very good instructor! My son had never surfed before! This was his first experience. On his very first try, my son was able to stay on the waves by himself. A big thank you to the instructor. We were a little late, but our agent wrote that they were waiting for us and we could still come. Thank you to the company for that ❤️

A truly impressive and memorable experience. The sheer scale of the iconic Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park statue is breathtaking, and the cultural performances and views throughout the park make it a must-visit in Bali. What made this visit even more special was that we invited our driver and guide to join us—his first time visiting the park as well. Sharing the experience together and seeing him enjoy and appreciate this incredible landmark made the day even more meaningful. A wonderful blend of culture, history, and unforgettable memories. This is my family’s first trip outside the country, and so far we have enjoyed it a lot. Especially my daughter — she is really having a great time and spends the whole day playing in the water without stopping. Even though the weather is hot, we don’t really feel it, maybe because there are a lot of trees surrounding the water park, which is great. We can even walk barefoot because the ground doesn’t feel hot. We ordered pineapple pizza, shakes, duck buns, ice cream, and a caffe latte — everything was delicious, but the best for us was the smoke burger. We ordered it three times but still feel like we want more. We just can’t get enough of it; it’s really delicious.

I wanted my kids to learn surfing, so I compared reviews on Klook and made a reservation. What I was most satisfied with was that they prioritized the safety of the children and, on the day of the reservation, the waves were too high and dangerous for the children, so they told us to come back early the next morning. Sure enough, when we went early the next day, the waves were not high, so the kids could safely take surfing lessons, and both teachers were friendly, so the kids enjoyed the class. I was impressed with their focus on safety and the manager watching over the students during the lesson. The kids really enjoyed it, and they plan to come back for surfing lessons while staying in Bali. Thank you for the great class ^^

jeje is a good driver and a wonderful photographer. Thanks to him for this experience. sunrise is very nice amazing n driver very friendly if you going to munt batur with jeep sunrise you can traveling with jeje because him give many times for enjoyed time

When you buy the ticket from Klook you just go through the gates and scan true QR code- no need to change it at counter for entry ticket. this makes it easier to skip the lines. It gets crowded quickly so this saves time! The monkey Forest has changed since I was last here and it looks like it’s getting more . The monkeys are cute and mischievous. Staff all around to help if you need a photo, hat retrieved or to shoo away the monkeys if they become troublesome! Loved my time here.
